Good place to eat as always I guess some quality control has been lacking bc it's more thrown together more than it should, but you can't beat the customer service and the fast pace. In and out with minimum wait time. Never disappointed with that.

They need to open the restaurant. If staffing is an issue, pay more money it's quite simple. Be the leader of the industry you claim to be. Since they have closed the dining room and almost 2 years. I've been there three times. I used to be there at least once a week.

I am at the Baptist Hospital with my 97 year old mom. I have always had a great experience with Chick-fil-A. But this time I bought just the sandwich. I made it back to my mom's room. The sandwich was dry and over cooked. I was too tired to take it back.

Made to order would be great, but I do understand that's not the company policy. It's just when I order a sandwich I like it dressed with the condiments that I want already on it. Not everyone likes just eating plain biscuit/ bun chicken pickle. Food quality was good though.

This place goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and helped. Whether it's inside or in the drive through the experience has been awesome. This is the one place I've never given a bad review💕👍. Thank you!!!!
