The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They had no regard for me as a customer and a human being. Not only did I have a bug in my food but I didn’t even get an apology or customer service AT ALL!!! They will never get my business again.

So... I bought my husband a Pretzel Pub Bacon burger combo. He bit into a piece of PAPER. WAX PAPER! Right under the cheese. He swallowed some of the paper and spit out the rest. I mean how hard is it to just fix the orders correctly. Then my 9 yr old's order was messed up! Who hires these people. I need to talk to corporate to fire everyone and just shut the place down. Its always something at this place....

I come to this particular location all the time but I have never received anything like this. I had a nugget at the bottom that was already bitten off. It was so little of a nugget left after the bite mark that the person could have kept the nugget. I would have rather gotten 3 nuggets than 4 . It’s absolutely sad and ridiculous that you’re low down enough to put food in a customers order that you’ve eaten off of.
