Little Caesars

Didn't open till 11, 2 young ladies total ignored me as I attempted to enter and door was locked, at 10:45. They sat with back to the window, ears plugged, playing on phone. When I returned to my car looking forward, they both found a car load of teenagers and 65 year old in this heat, comical.. Seriously need courtesy classes, new imployees, or close the doors.

This restaurant doesn't deserve even one star we went there last night and ordered two pizzas and we waited for 30 minutes like the lady asks and no pizza went to the counter and they have forgotten our order she told us another 15 minutes 15 minutes went by no pizza so I went to counter to get my money back because I was mad at this point, everybody that had come in after me got their pizza and left and not online orders I'm talking about counter orders. The little smart mouth girl behind the counter that was working refunded me my money and got an attitude and threw it on the counter told me to call corporate and inform them that her name was Erica I called corporate they're closed I left a detailed message on a complaint on there website and I'll be calling back Monday.

Edit/update: From 5 stars to negative 500. Garbage food, sloppy, messy, soaking wet and undercooked -raw dough-and thats after a 45 minute wait. The pizzas were never put in the ovens when I came for scheduked pick up and when I finally got them home and opened them up they were undercooked and raw. Straight into the trash can. Reached out to management (she laughed) AND corporate, twice, and got zero response. Why? Because they apparantly dgaf. How a decent pizza joint could go downhill sooo fast is a mystery. From a jewel to a dumpster fire. Worst food I have ever paid paid good money for. ____________________________________ Love the portal option!

The store in Jackson, GA has to be the worst store I've ever been to. Three different occasions, including today, 8/14/21 @ 3:15, I have stood there while one employee looks at his phone, looks dead at me three times then goes back to his phone. The other 2 employees talk about personal things without coming to the front counter in 10 mins. Not to mention the male employee is making a pizza while scratching the top of his head with no gloves on at all. Will not be stepping foot in there again and I caution others.
