Service was great, food was also great, and the design theme was super fun with a lot of Mexican inspiration and artwork with piglets like the restaurant's namesake. It is definitely Tex-Mex, so don't be totally expecting a traditional Mexican experience, but they definitely did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Nice little Tex-mex place. Used the join the waitlist on Google maps. Had a 6 - 16 minute wait and only took 6 on a busy Wednesday. We shared the Bueno Nachos with ground beef between 2 people. And also the small queso. Food was quick and tasted good. Lots of cheese layers in the nachos. They have 2 bathrooms for women (senoras and senoritas). Server was nice and made recommendations when we asked what to get. We weren’t super hungry at the time so we went with an appetizer. Prices are expected for tourist town. Would eat there again.

One of the best Mexican food in Jackson town. Very busy place even during weekdays in the summer months, I would recommend coming in and get in line. There is no online or over the phone reservation. We were group of 16 and the accommodated us very well (around 25-30 min wait on Tuesday evening at 6 pm). Service was great. Even the kids loved the food. Out of all, my favorite was flaming, sizzler type fajitas and chipotle sauce on the side !! Their Tax-Max bowl is awesome too. It has a street parking but busy place and took about five or 10 minutes to find a spot. I would visit this again when back in Jackson town.

We had the nachos and queso dip. The nachos were great there was more than just toppings on top it was layered and the queso was good with a large portion. Service was on point we didn’t have to ask or wait for anything. Do join the waitlist online to save time.

A really good meal. Chips and salsa were fantastic for starters. I had the Piglet Sampler, an "old school" taco, an enchilada, and one mini chimichanga all stuffed with shredded beef topped with a mild sour cream sauce. Every bite was delicious. Our server was really nice and attentive as well.

Had a late night arriving flight and managed to get in 3 minutes to closing but the host was so kind and welcoming in helping me choose quickly for a Togo order. Ended up with the carne asada quesadilla and he also swapped out the beans for rice. Even though the quesadilla was cold, he included a fresh hot bag of chips and salsa so honestly for a last minute meal this was a dream come true.

OK YUM. The shredded chicken classic tacos I had were out-of-this world juicy and flavor packed. Amazing portions of meat and delicious choices such as fried avocado tacos. Variety of tequilas and other alcohol. OUR WAITER WAS SOOO NICE 🤩🤩

We have eaten here many times over the years. This time did not disappoint. Try the spicy margarita for a delicious twist. The guacamole and salsa were the perfect appetizer before our main courses of Pig Sampler and Relleno and Enchilada plates.

We had seen this place on our way to the burger next place but thought it looked good so we decided to try it out for dinner. While the place was a bit busy, it took only us about 15 minutes to get a table. We glanced at the menu which was quite extensive and had a nice variety of dishes on it. I decided on the cheese and spinach enchiladas while my g/f had a taco and enchilada combo with a side of rice. We both agreed that our food was excellent, the service was wonderful the pricing just right. It was an outstanding meal in the heart of Jackson Hole.

Stopped in for some drinks and an appetizer. The salsa was yummy (I consider myself a salsa expert, lol). The spicy huckleberry magarita was amazing! We didn't eat a full course, so I can't comment on the main dishes. What we had was great though.

Great service. Very attentive and quick to refill waters, take orders, etc. even when it was a busy night. Food was very good! I got the chicken fajitas (a few pieces of chicken were too over cooked and hard to chew), but overall delicious and a big portion. We also got the tacos. The Al pastor tacos are super spicy and the homemade hot sauce was great!

I love the atmosphere, love the entire vibe of this neat little place in Jackson. I got some street tacos and of course they brought out some chips and salsa. The chips were warm and the salsa seemed fresh I believe.
The tacos weren’t too bad but honestly at $5 a pop, I was left wanting a little more. The Al Carbon tacos were my favorite though, and the wait staff was very attentive.

Merry Piglets is always a good choice. We've eaten here many times, but on this trip, we came with a handful of food restrictions (gluten free, vegan/vegetarian) and our server, Bri, was so helpful! We found multiple options on the menu, and she helped us modify them further as needed. She was also super attentive & great with our toddler.

Friend and I went for dinner on a Saturday evening in September. The place was packed. We had to sit at the bar. There complimentary serving of chips and salsa is huge. The twisted cowgirl dip was amazing, certainly one of the best dips we'd ever tasted. I had the Piglet Sampler, and liked all the main things. There's a lot of rice and salad in there, which was a bit much after all the chips and dips. Service is a bit on the slower side.

We were here 8 years ago and couldn’t stop talking about how fabulous the food was plus the ambiance and wait staff were awesome! We finally were able to be back in the area and Merry Piglets was at the must do portion of our trip! Every dish is always so delicious! Heather was fabulous! We enjoy the decor also! This has been my favorite place to go for years! We started eating at merry piglets when they were in a little spot down across from where the wild bills melodrama used to be years ago. I have followed them to four different places! Excellent food! The cheese crisp is my favorite!

First time to visit and eat at this restaurant. Was under impressed. Our experience there was not quite what we expected. Food was marginal and the drink I had was subpar. We were overcharged on our bill and lucky for us we caught it. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had the chile rellenos, one was fried to the gills, the other was, well at least the cheese was melted, taco salad that's another story, come on, shredded carrots in the salad, but stay away from the 3 jalapeño poppers on the appetizer menu, they are so hot I do not see how anybody can eat them, and I like hot food. Got to admit, haven't been here in awhile do hopefully it was o to them being busy

Salsa is outstanding, sad with some favorites missing from the new menu. Food is still great, carne asada, fajitas, or shrimp tacos are outstanding. Staff is great,Still a favorite since I was a kid, myself and familywill keep frequenting the happy pigs.

We had a great early dinner at Merry Piglets yesterday! We were uncharacteristically busy with texts and phone calls, but our server, Mariano, was kind, attentive, and respectful! Our food was wonderful, and he was quick in clearing plates, bringing carryout containers, and the check. He deserves to win your next $100!
