The meal was awesome. Mahi Mahi prepared the 'lazy way' was by far the best I have had over the past10 days here in the Keys. And the view from the deck was spectacular. We had a great waitress. She was accommodating, personable and friendly.
This was one of “The Best” restaurants I have ever eaten in!! Six of us, everyone had something different...all of it superb!! Great service, friendly staff and great atmosphere! Highly recommend it! We will go back while we’re here 😍

We were seated immediately without a reservation. We had appetizers and entrees. The calamari was very good, with a light batter and not overcooked. The entrees were good, generously sized.
The yellowtail gus and the crab & asparagus salad were the favorites. We didn’t get to dessert. Maybe on the next visit.
We went here based on Zomato reviews and boy are we glad!!! Even though it was raining and the covers were down over the window on the outside dining area, it was still a great place with fast, friendly service and delicious food. The bread basket had a little loaf of banana nut bread that was so good!!!! Then came the HUGE shrimp cocktail!!! I ordered the stuffed chicken breast and could only eat half with the little red potatoes. It was so good my hubs had for breakfast next day. He had the scallops and sweet potato fries. It was all good and I would love to go back on a pretty day to sit with the covers off the windows or on the beach!!!
Best oysters Rockefeller of my life! The views and the food are equally matched! Shrimp peel and eat right from the sea! Hogfish sandwich to die for. Fries ok but the seafood is on point!! Best early birthday girl ever!
This place has a much more extensive menu than the typical keys restaurant. Food was delicious and the portions were large. If you make reservations far enough in advance you can get a table on the beach, with the bonus of having a front row seat for the live entertainment.
Probably one of the best restaurants en route Key West. Sitting neatly at the shore it is a place with an amazing ambiance. We had to wait for around 30 minutes for our turn but it wasn't a problem given the amazing sea breeze and the person playing live country music on his guitar.
The food was amazing, which started with their breads. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. In short one of the must see places while travelling to Key West.
Great food!! Great view. My wife had some huge jumbo fried shrimp that she loved. Had a live singer outside that was enjoyable to listen to. Service was not bad, but could be a lot better.
Great view, come early to get table with a view. Start with a cup of conch chowder, then get the fresh catch grilled with the key lime butter on the side and finish with the key lime pie.
The best thing about this restaurant is the amazing view you'll have, especially at sunset. The food was not bad at all, and a pretty decent size. I had the churrasco steak, and highly recommend. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and has an island vacation feel to it. They have a very wide selection of food, and I can't complain about the price. Overall had a great experience and would definitely come back.
Absolutely wonderful. Service was excellent and food was everything I hoped it would be. Lobster tail split with a huge helping of crab stuffing. The only disappointment was $10.00 for a glass of wine.

A lot of restaurants that have as good of a view as this place are usually pretty mediocre in my experience; they try to make up for bad food with a great view. Thankfully, this place breaks that stereotype. From the appetizers to the entrees, and everything in between, I had a great experience here.
The service was great. Our waiters were very attentive and made an effort to fill up our waters frequently and make sure we were happy with the food we received. And we were. Starting off, we ordered the Alligator- which was awesome. It was my first trying it, and hopefully, it isn’t my last. With a light, crunchy breading, and covered with cheese, peppers, tomatoes, and sauce, it was a sight to behold. The alligator itself was succulent and flavorful; I could almost feel the flavors bursting on my tongue. Our other appetizer was the Conch Fritters- another very solid option. Although not as good as the alligator, I still had a great time eating them. They disappeared incredibly quickly; we ate and left no crumbs. Finally, our third appetizer (we were a group of 7 hungry people) was the Baked Brie. I believe this was exclusive to the Thanksgiving menu, but I am unsure. Either way, it was pretty good. I am not a huge cheese person, but it was still pretty good. If you like cheese, this is the appetizer for you. Even if you don’t, the apples, grapes, crackers, and sauce all add to a cornucopia of excellence.
Moving on: the entrees. Honestly, I do not really remember much about them. All I know is I ordered the hogfish (another Thanksgiving exclusive), which was awesome. It was also my first time havin hogfish, and it was great. I would definitely order it again if the situation arrived.
Overall, my visit to Lazy Days Restaurant was a great visit. The beautiful view combined with the fresh air and delectable food provided for an unmatched experience that cannot be met anywhere else.
Stopped here on the way to Key West and this place did not disappoint! The views, the food, it was all so good. I would recommend anyone to come here. It was so good we stopped again on the way back to Ft. Lauderdale! I will definitely be back. P.S. The banana bread was amazing!

Really want to put 5 stars but for now just 4. My second visit here and the food was consistently fine for everyone in our party. Our table was so wobbly and twisting and there was a napkin under the leg. The table next door was the same. Why not just fix it? SeminoIe Hogfish dish was the favorite today. The keylime sauce was light and complimented the light fish. Be forewarned this is a huge dish that could feed two people. I had an interesting salad called the Key West Salad. It had the healthy stuff I wanted (spinach and fruit) topped by fried coconut shrimp and two huge fried mozzarella cheese sticks. The coconut shrimp had a light coconut flavor that did not take away from the shrimp, however the batter is fairly thicker than what I am used to. Tell the chef to skip the cheese and you have a perfect dish. The cheese breading tasted spoiled but I was not in the mood to complain. The beach scenery was way too relaxing. The blackened tuna was light and also very filling enough for two. Pricing may sound expensive but the meals are filling. Warm banana bread once again was great. We had extra to pack for home. The key lime pie was the worst in the Keys that we threw it away. The crust smelled and tasted like used oil from a chicken fryer. The texture of the cream was grainy and the flavor was weak. Very casual place where you can sit right on the beach.
A little pricey, but the food is top notch. Staff is always friendly, nice laidback atmosphere, great views since it’s right on the beach. We’ve been going to Lazy Days for years, never had a bad experience. Love this restaurant!
Wow! The food was amazing the views were amazing. I ate a fried whole snapper and it was the best fried snapper I had ever had so flavorful yet not overly seasoned and I also had a side of squash that was also delicious. Very pricey $$$, but worth trying out.
MUST STOP HERE!! Absolutely fantastic restaurant with quality drinks and fish sandwiches. I got the fried yellow tail served lazy days style with fries and a pickle! I also got a Hemingway and it was super refreshing! I would eat here as much as I could! Service was great and fast and professional. Parking is a little tricky if busy.
The French onion soup was delicious. Stuffed shrimp was ok. The crab topping was very good but the shrimp were small and overcooked. The bourbon steak was ok the sauce was too sweet. The hogfish was excellent. Sergio was our server and he was great. The view was wonderful.
Very nice waiter, always checking in. Beautiful waterside table, we enjoyed the view and watched the tarpons in the water. Food was very good and tasty! Definitely recommend

We stopped in on the way out for a quick snack. Wonderful spot with a great view looking out at Alligator Reef in the Atlantic. Great location next to Bud N Mary’s. Service was great at the downstairs bar. The upstairs restaurant looks good but we didn’t eat up there. They are installing a raw bar and it’s an open kitchen which is a neat vibe. We will be back again. The conch ceviche was good but I’d probably pass on the lazy conch next time even though it was delicious, just a little rich for my diet not on vacation.
