Stopped in for breakfast while visiting, and we were met with extremely kind and quick service. We had our two little ones (2.5, 8 months) and are use to getting a cold shoulder dining with children. That was not the case here. The owners kindness left a great impression on us. The food was also incredible!

Absolutely delicious food but definitely pricey. The food was extremely fresh and and the cappuccino and crepe brought me back to Paris. They do charge to sit down and dine inside so if you want to save a couple of bucks get your food to go. They also included gratuity for a party of 2. The receipt when I paid had nothing itemized so I don’t know how much anything was so that was strange. But the food was still amazing.

Fantastic find while out biking in Islamorada! We worked up an appetite and dropped in on Bitton Bistro. The Crepes were large and flavorful. - egg and Gruyère for me and turkey, Brie and spinach for my spouse. Our leftovers were boxed and carried will in the basket. The iced tea was freshly brewed and refreshing. Service was friendly. Both indoor and outdoor seating options.

Michelle and his Son are really friendly and customer satisfaction focused. They make me feel like I am family and we know each other for years. And yesterday was my first day. My go-to breakfast place when we visit Islamorada. It doesn’t matter what I order, it’s always delicious. Be sure to bring your appetite because Michel’s quiche is huge! The croissants and pastries are so delicate and flakey you’ll think you’re in the best French bakery. Every type of coffee made to order. I could go on, but suffice to say I’ll keep coming back.

No cokes or Pepsi’s here but you will get phenomenal food! The pasties will melt in your mouth, the salad dressing was amazingly and my crepe is so full and delicious! Highly highly recommend! May have to come back again! If you are in Islamorada then you have to stop in!!!

Bitton bistro cafe is nice and clean so yummy!!! The quiche's are amazing, spinch and mushroom!!

When we arrived we were greeted by the chef. We sat down and got our drinks right away. The juice was fresh and not from concentrate. When we ordered our food came out right away and way amazing. Best crepe I have ever tasted. Would definitely suggest and would come back.

The food is lovely. Reminded me of my dining experiences in Paris. I enjoyed a traditional continental breakfast, which included, among other things, a wonderful butter croissant and fresh OJ, while my husband enjoyed a sandwich which came with a fresh salad. He said it was the best sandwich he had had in a long time. Perfect balance of ingredients and wonderful crusty bread. Definitely worth a visit.

My husband drives down to the Keys almost every week for work, but never gets to enjoy some of the hidden treasures here. Well this morning we found this gem for breakfast!
Fantastic service! Great chef! And the locals come here! I think it speaks volumes when you see a bunch of locals who are familiar with the staff! We also had the owner put together a lovely array of pastries to take home with us! I think I will be sending him back with a list on his next trip down! Definitely planning on coming back here and bringing friends with us!

The food was good, but the owner is rude. The 2 stars are for the food NOT the experience. When we arrived, the tables were not cleared. When we paid the check, he wrote in a 20% tip on my credit card slip...who does that?!? The service was good, but the last time I checked it was MY choice. I ordered to-go items and was charged handsomely for them, but when I opened the bag the following morning not all of the items were there. If you choose to patronize Bitton Bistro, hold on to your wallets carefully and check your to-go items carefully!! Sadly we will not go back....

the best quiche I've ever had easily. The crepes are pretty amazing also. I'd come back and try more. Strangely one of the best things here was the just the plain bread with butter. Loved everything here except for the fruit smoothie. Prices are pretty high but it is the keys and you get a lot. Service was top notch and the place was pretty amazing inside.

Fresh, healthy ingredients. Creative combinations in crepes! Bright and friendly atmosphere. The family all ordered different varieties of crepes both sweet and savory, we loved all of them. Liz was our waitress and she was wonderfully attentive and friendly. Oh, the cappuccinos were on point as well

We stopped here in the afternoon. The owner was rude. The pastries were over baked. We just stopped in to see what they had to offer and the owner was a little miffed that we didnt really want to buy anything, mainly because nothing looked appetizing. I can speak for the sandwiches because we didnt have lunch but we did buy a couple pastries and they were dry. We were then told we couldnt eat them inside we had to go outside . Rude and disgusting.

Fantastic Coffee and Crepes!. Stopped on the way to Marathon and tried a mocha, an iced coffee, one of the savory crepes and the Lyon sandwich. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. If we had stayed closer it would have been the place to stop and get coffee and breakfast.
