I was so disappointed when this place closed in Paseo Nuevo, but I was thrilled to discover this Isla Vista location is still in operation. I love seafood so this is my one-stop shop for all of that. One of my favorite restaurants in Isla Vista, hands-down.

Always love it. Great food. Always fresh. I like their selection and flavors. Still some of my favorite poke I’ve had. I always get the poke bowl, haven’t tried the tacos or salad.
Oh, and my wife and I both love their Takis musubi for a tasty, cheap snack. One of them will usually hold me over until my next meal.

Tbh the prettiest store in IV!! The store is super clean, workers are super nice, and the food is so fresh!! Try out their takis musubi.. it's so good I come here twice every week just for the musubi

Very mid poke. The quality and quantity of the fish are both subpar. I also got piping hot rice which for me is a big no no going with stuff like raw fish and seaweed salad. Poketheory is the much better poke in iv

Surprisingly good food. Slightly expensive for IV, but the amount of unique flavors you can combine to make a bowl of your choice is worth trying out. I had a very interesting Asian flavored burrito.i found the ingredients pretty fresh as well.

I ordered a bowl through Doordash and it had a small piece of plastic and a razor blade in it (that I chomped on before realizing). Only giving two stars because the manager was nice when I confronted them about this issue. Yikes.

Food is great, nice selection of ingredients to make your custom bowl. They have a happy hour from 2 to 5pm with cheap items. Restaurant is cosy and clean and there even is a Switch to play games and relax. Really lovely.

They're kind of stingy with the amount of protein they give out 😔 and they're not very good at explaining their menu either. Like it says 3 bases but they only allow you to pick one? And the servers aren't entirely friendly either
