I keep thinking the next time I order it will be different. But No. Specifically the Isla Vista Dominos appears to be the winner of the Inept Franchise Location trophy. As I write it's 31 minutes and they are still "prepping" my order. I just ordered wings. Nothing really to prep. The SLOWEST Dominos on the planet. I won't try to resolve it in anyway. Tried that before. They are just CLUELESS on how to deal with a customer who has been ill-served.

Is it just me or are their pizzas very inconsistent? They will make great, tasty pizza one time, but then the next time I order them they will literally be dry and tasteless...what's going on??

I thought Pizza Day was made-up, but in the 40 minutes it took to traverse 5 miles after being 'Checked for Perfection' our order was robbed of it's sauce, mistaken for Maracas and managed to arrive, somehow, both burnt AND cold.

They're fast, often nice and generous with the ingredients. Delivery driver try their best to deliver to your door. Fastest I've ever had a pizza delivered was 16 minutes, from the time i hung up the phone to the knock on my door.

what can you say , this location is within a college community this breeding student employees….. whom are very irresponsible, rude and inherently know jt Lll …. also they really take their time with delivery’s

Horrible!!!! took two hours to get our pizza....could not call and cancel as the recording said the store was closed...
