They are ALWAYS out of fountain drinks and the slurpee machines are always down. You’ll be lucky to find 1 slurpee machine working at all… they got a new soda machine, but the sodas don’t taste right & they are always out of my 2 favorite sodas. It used to be good, but the store is going downhill. Not to mention the new lady they recently hired comes off as very rude.

Store refused to honor 7Rewards points or the redeemed cash value was pocketed. Just stopped by and bought 2 candy bars - marked for sale 2 for $3. The cashier took cash payment, and the sale terminal screen showed to either pay full price or redeem points for $3 discount. After picking the redeem option, the clerk took full cash value anyway, and after I looked at the receipt, the items were also charged without the discount. Clerk refused to check whether the points were used, stating that the machine did everything and he was not responsible, and gave no further responses. The other clerk tried to help, but she was tending another customer so she couldn't do anything other than to confirm that the receipt charged full without honoring the 7Rewards points. It's unfortunate, this is the only 7-11 that I've used since moving to Texas, and kept coming back even after I've moved further away out of sentimental value. Needless to say it doesn't take much to make sure a customer never returns - $4.83 and a rude clerk. Thanks but no thanks.

The employee there, Carlos, got angry when I was trying to get the manager's contact information tonight. He followed me outside as I was trying to get back to my car to get away as I was frightened of his anger. He pulled a gun on me as I was trying to walk back to my car. He hid the gun back in his car (a silver Dodge Charger) so that the Irving police was unable to find it. He lied about the entire incident to the police. The Irving police officers were unable to do anything. I just thank the Lord that I'm still alive. Thank you to the Irving men in blue getting there quickly and saving me. Needless to say, I will not be going to 7-Eleven ever again. I feared for my life. They also do not wear masks there.

Car wash breaks a lot and if you politely ask for a refund (because you paid for one, the car wash quit working before it was your turn, and your car is obviously still dirty), short stuff behind the counter has a hard time seeing reason and refunding your money. Pretty inconvenient for a convenience store.
