I went to this joint everyday for almost 90 days ( smash pass woo-hoo!!). I thought I would get tired of it, but to my surprise, I kept wanting more. Smashburger is my favorite burger joint by far!! It's a little pricey for a burger joint, but it's worth it. I've literally tried everything on their menu ( 90+ days, no surprise) and I just love their creations. They serve artisanal gormet like burgers in a burger joint. My favorites are Truffle Mushroom Swiss double beef burger, Classic Smash with Crispy chicken and Bacon Avocado with Grilled chicken. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Smashburger is definitely an underrated joint.

This place has the best burgers! I love the grilled chicken club sandwich!!! It appears they cut the chicken and best it to make it flat and tender.... it always hangs of of the bun. It also comes with avocados Mmmm
The burgers alone are approx $5-$7 give or take and 3.99 to make it a combo. They fries are the really thinly sliced fries. The fried pickles are delicious!!
It is located off of highway 114 (Westbound side)at the MacArthur exit in the Concentra shopping center near Massage Envy.
Its a great place for lunch dates or casual dining as well a after work eats.
Also, the strawberry shakes are made with teal I've cream and they are very delicious as well and it comes in a tall glass containers with a refill portion in a metal container that is a little under half way.
I'm glad I tried it a few months ago. ENJOY!!!!

I oredered online an 1hr in advance and did not recieve my food for 30 mins after the requested time. I also asked for well done but i recieved a non cooked burger. (Refund is in process)
The manager is the worst! She has horrible customer service and clearly does not know how to manage. Demotion please!!

I have been to Smashburger multiple times and I've always been a fan until tonight my order came out wrong twice once finally getting what I thought was the correct and perfect burger bit into it and the meat was raw

This location can get very busy during lunch. We go there often. The team there is always so kind and helpful and accommodating. They fix any issues we have. Great customer service!
Usually we get what we order, on a few visits my food has been missing something I ordered (bacon, cheese, or an egg). The burgers are always good but I used to order the chicken and the chicken is not easy to eat, large areas where it is hard to take an actual bite, not quite like rubber but it ruins my appetite so I stick to the beef now. I gave 3 stars because of these things.
