I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait for my food as if I had ordered when I arrived. My order was wrong. I ordered the spicy melt and received a plain melt. The cheese was non-existent. What is a melt with no cheese?!?! The second was the let's get this bacon melt combo, and it's just as pathetic. For something that's supposed to be heavy on the bacon, there were 3 tiny strips. Where's the extra? Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Was trying to resolve this over the phone but they don’t even pick up the phone. I bought a spicy ch’king sandwich and when I was finishing it I noticed there was a mold growing on the bottom bread. Not sure how much mold I consumed, but I’m hoping no one else eats molded bread.

Very nice people working. But the food was cold. The chicken sandwich cold and also the buns but not just sandwich also the burgers, the cheese was not melted at all😕😟 frieds cold like 🥶 not sure if is because I went on the drive thru. But it needs a little more effort.

I always ask for mozzarella sticks and nuggets and the nuggets are always rock hard and never in good conditions and the mozzarella sticks are always hard as well, the workers are always just socializing and don't get the orders right because of how distracted they are. It's always something wrong or missing in my order & they need to do a better job .

For it's good but workers are foregetting their manners and being polite...I was on drive thru and everytime I was saying something he never let me finish my sentance with a "anything else" "that's it" or with a "what else". I told him so and he got mad and switch the person speaking on the drive thru...how sad that our new generations make fun or laughing when you tell them their rude. How hard is it to say "would you like a dessert" " that would complete your order" would you like to make you meal large" something POLITE..he was rushing me to tell him my order and I was the only customer on drive thru. No wonder it's empty

What is going on here?? Why are they all so angry??? We walk in ( not just this time) n they walk past us doing drive thru they won't even acknowledge us. Then they just come up to register and look at me as if I'm bothering them. I have tried to be nice and considerate. But wow 3 times now. They won't even crack a smile they take the order and pack it to go. Even tho I said for here. I just get the madness why?? I mean can someone check on these employees?? I think it's a hostage situation. I'll go to grand prairie never come back here. Too many chances

Too slow and out of small cheese burger patties. You are telling me you can't use regular burger patties and add cheese to make a small cheese burger? Hmm.......

I loved the Impossible Whopper but I always ask for not pickles and today they gave me pickles and it even says on the wrapping NO pickles. It’s so annoying
