Went here on Thanksgiving. I didn't want the same thing this year and just wanted to eat and Netflix.
There was nobody in the dining area which was GREAT and it was immaculate which was also welcoming.
My order was taken promptly as well as accurately and the portions were HUGE which made me super happy as I looove me some Mexican food. I gave a 4 star because the chicken and guacamole lacked flavor which can be an easy fix. I will be back though to check them out again.
PS. Thank you to everyone that worked that day to satisfy my hunger.

What dah!! Three peices of meat in the taco, and you couldn't even take the time to cut and grill the onion slices. So what did you sale me? A tortilla?

I placed a catering order for a company party and Mrs. Dora went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I need it and in a timely manner. Food was delicious, fresh and just what I ordered. She was very attentive and gives customer service.

I bought a salad through the drive thur and when I got to work and ready to eat it I noticed the chicken was raw. I took it back and Dora the manager was making it right for me but I choose to just get my money back and eat lunch else where.

I absolutely love the food here, the nachos have fresh chips with actual fajita steak, the chicken is well cooked and full of flavor, the rice is awesome, there is just not enough I can say about it the only problem is the drive through does take quite a while but the food is worth it

My first time trying Pollo Regio; I have been wanting to try their food since I have heard great things. Although they got my chicken taco order wrong. They were more then willing to correct it! It is absolutely delicious with all the fixings to go. The flautas super good nice & crispy. Probably the best seasoned rice I have ever had. All in all the staff was great and the food too! Thanks!

First time trying this and it was delicious. Free chips when dining in. As you step in you can smell the meat on the grill. Fresh tortillas and salsa bar. The prices are also affordable.
