Mcdonald's

First off I go to say I love McDonald's I eat there very often but today I had an terrible experience with them I ordered an bacon quarter with a hot hot chocolate.. the hot chocolate was half filled and the burger meat was raw I literally finish the burger with out knowing what I have eaten till I open the sandwich this is unacceptable

Woman who could best be described as "sleep deprived raccoon" took my money after I placed my order. I gave her $10.01 as my order came out to $9.71. After she took my money, I suppose she went back and completed my order (most likely not wearing gloves nor bothered to wash her hands in between handling money). I assumed that she would give me my change when she finished my order. She handed me my bag, and I asked her for my change. She looked at me with contempt as if I somehow managed to raccoon-proof my garbage. I explained to her that I gave her $10.01 and that I'm owed $0.30. She closes the window, pulls out all the money I gave her, and then washes her hands, counts it again, and then retrieves $0.30 but then snidely remarks, "It's only $0.30"... I felt like telling her "Then give me back one of my dollars, it's only $0.70", but I drove off. For anyone that goes and is paying cash, if raccoon lady is at the window, pay her the amount MINUS $0.30 and if she protests, please tell her that it's ONLY $0.30....

UPDATE: Unfortunately, McPlant is no longer available on McDonald's menu. I really liked the McPlant vegetarian burger. It can be made Vegan by removing mayonnaise and cheese slice. I really hope McDonald launches McPlant all over US so that vegetarians and vegans like me have options of eating at a McDonald's. The price is $5 right now which seems high considering impossible whopper from Burger King is much bigger and cheaper than McPlant, but it's a trial so can't say what final price will look like once it launches.

First off this is supposed to be a 24 hours McDonald’s. I stop by on my way to work at least 3 times a week. But, lately it seems like they are closed every early morning. It’s inconvenient for me to go out of my way to work and they aren’t open. They put signs up saying closed from 2am-5am. I went this morning and they said they were closed. So is it a 24 hour or not? This has been happening for about 2 months now. So it’s a hit or miss days I do try to go.

These guys gave us exactly what we asked for. I will say this i think the service was a little slow, but the order was completely accurate. I've been to other McDonalds where the food comes out very fast, but the order is incomplete. The employees did a great job taking my order so early in the morning too!
