First off let me just go by saying I love chick fil a and their urgency to get orders out. I never ever complain but obviously this is a continuous issue. It seems that the items that I need for my order is always missing. I never get the correct quantity of requested items

I love CFA but this location was not like the rest. Everyone was rushing like normal but most were careless. My order was wrong, didn’t notice until I got home. Also when I paid, I asked for a receipt and they told me the “receipt machine is broken”. But I saw plenty of other receipts being passed out to other cars. Maybe it was just mine. Overall, it was still good food even though it wasn’t what I ordered, but I think everyone was wanting to go home so it didn’t matter what got put in the bag.

Landed at DFW airport a little late (after 9p), but was hungry and had no idea what to eat. Saw Chick fila line at about 9:45p, decided to stop by. Even tho they closed at 10p and the line was backed up in the street, we were met with excellent attitudes, got a chance to look over the menu, and drove off with delicious cood by time they closed! 😊

Literally the best fast food restaurant in Irving. Always fresh, hot food and excellent service. The Sonic on Walnut Hill should look at this spot to learn how ro properly run a fast food restaurant.

What's there to say? It's a chain restaurant. It behaves like all chains do. Some are worse than others. Some are better.
There will never really be a 5 star level of service, but sometimes it can be awesome. This one was kinda average.
Nothing stood out except the log wait. I blame the pandemic and short staffed issues. Pay your employees better please.
Bring back curbside delivery as well.

Never have I gotten a bad order from chick-fila until this evening very disappointing my son went through the drive through around 9pm orderd 1 regular deluxe meal 1 spicy deluxe meal and an 8 piece nugget.
My son didn’t really care that the fries were soggy, cold and EXTREMELY over salted! He was to hungry to complain. I on the other hand was not happy.
My sandwich had a very small piece of chicken, that was dry and tasted old topped with gross tomatoes and a ton of soggy lettuce, I’m guessing to make up for the lack of chicken. Chick-Fil-A you are much better than this. Hope this was just 1 bad day.

Omg, this line was extremely long. I needvto find a new one. The food was cold, especially the waffle fries.
