I guess I should read the reviews first!! I asked for well done wings and they look like they were barely cooked. The other half tasted old and not freshly prepared. I am traveling and I travel a lot and this is the worst I have come across when it come to wingstop. This was a mess and just ruined dinner. I paid to much for subpar service. I need to be refunded half of my money at least since we could only eat half of our food. I placed an online order.

They cooked like alive chicken. I saw the raw vein and blood inside of chicken thighs. I’m not a big fan of raw foods except for Sashimi and sushi. But thank you for giving me a new experiment! The raw chicken is incredible.. I felt like I was eating alive chicken very fresh blood and vein.

We ordered 30 wings and for some reason they sent us all drumsticks. Normally they do half-and-half which we are used to getting. The problem was when we called to let them know that we'd prefer to have 50-50 they said that we have to be specific and they did nothing to correct order very upsetting. First time going to the one on Royal. Lane Irving.

Horrible. Fries were not edible. Took them back only to be given more lukewarm burnt looking fries. There was several fryer baskets with cooked chicken and fries sitting above the grease. There was NO sanitation grade posted anywhere. The tea did not have a time stamp on it. There were signs on the window claiming food is made to order, fresh fries and no heat lamps or microwaves yet that's NOT TRUE.

Ordered wingstop and requested all flats well done half atomic half lemon pepper. Words cannot describe my disappointment...all drumsticks except for 1 and my food is burned. All of my lemon pepper wings are burned, like the photo! Waste of time and money. I spoke with the manager Ms. Samantha and she showed 0 empathy and was very little help, thanks for nothing

One of my favorite go to places for delicious comfort food. I tried a new flavor 'lemon garlic', it was as good as it sounds. Original Hot, Lemon Pepper, and Cajun seasoned fries and veggies rounded out the order. Covid protocols were in place by customers and employees.

Order online, get to the store it’s closed at 3pm. They said they will open back at 5pm. Here it is past 5pm still not open. I won’t ever order at this place again. You better not either. Close this location down!!!
