I recently tried Golden Chick for the first time after moving to Texas. I got Chicken Strips and a chicken thigh, and while good, I was not blown away. HOWEVER.
On my second visit I got the chicken wings. This will be my go-to order from now on any time I visit. As far as fast food fried wings go these are top notch. Peppery and delicious, great crunch, and kicked up a notch when paired with the white gravy. The fries are decent too, similar to Popeyes except more crispy.

Hello Golden Chick this one Star is for the Regent location! I am beyond disappointed! Erik/ Erick took my order in drive through & I feel like he was extremely rude ....& At the window I expressed to him I felt he was rude & I shared with him if would I apologize I would not review & if he opted not to apologize for being rude I would post a review about the service .. he did not care & refused to apologize & told me to post the review .. unbelievable! I'm shocked & I have no desire to visit your locations anywhere ... You also changed the Bun on the Big & Golden & it is not good ..
Why do you hand out orders at the Regent location without even one napkin? Just a couple days ago I had the best service & sandwich ever ... Yikes ! Bye ! Erick/ Eric needs more training .. Your internal customer can do more damage to your business than your external customer. Ouch ... I give honest reviews of my experience...

Clean. Not too busy. Quick service. The guy that took it order seemed as though he didn't want to be there but still did his job efficiently. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. Food was slightly over cooked but not so much that it took away from the goodness of it.

First time. Register in dining room is not working. Asked us to go through drive through instead. I wanted to eat here. Why not use the same register to take all orders? Going to chicken express instead. First visit here was a fail. Management fail.

After walking into the restaurant my order was either taken wrong or they just did get it right. I threw away my receipt and couldn't go back and look at it but I ask for a side of dirty rice now mind me my comb came with dirty rice but I wanted a side to go with that so called them and the manager acted like I wanted to steal some rice come on man in customer service that's not going to hurt you food and labor cost bur it's going to hurt your business. So a side od dirty rice cost you mine.

Great tastes but the 3 fish fillets looked like nuggets or 1 small fillet cut into 3. Not what I paid for! Bread was great but tea no good. O love Golden Chick but this is not what I am use to.

The wicked wings man let me tell you I went twice me and my son I do not eat wings but I decided to eat some with my son and boy they was good I did try them other places before I don't like the little veins in them but I didn't see that much in these only seen one and it was the last one I ate but laugh out loud I love them they're awesome awesome are awesome and they're corn fritters is awesome they're dirty rice is awesome they're very clean and the food be fresh at the location in Irving
