Sonic Drive-in

Only reason they get 2 stars from me is because the food is good. But I'm gonna be honest. The service is terrible. We love having family night with ice cream once a week but for some reason they can't get this right. I went a couple times they had no cookies for my Oreo blast. And on many occasions the line is backed up because they can't get orders right. Tonight we waited for over 30 minutes watching them arguing with a customer because the order was wrong. Well I'm guessing my blasts were sitting on the counter because the ice cream was melted. By then I was just too irritated to say anything. But I'm gonna start going to Braums. I never had a bad experience with them

Was in line for 20 to 30minutes with only one car in front of me and four behind me. The guy at the window was pretty decent but the crew was just awfully slow an seen one doing nothing but goofing off while just standing there.. MY FOOD was surprisingly hot but they gave me half of my fries and my friends stuff was kind of burnt , ice cream seemed like it was already melted and my son's food would have to been the most decent one, thankfully.. Dislike the fact that it's the only Sonic around me without having to drive a distance. #Sonic do better!!!

Very disappointed in the food quality. The person at the window was super sweet. I ordered on the app and tipped. Really wish I would've waited and tipped once I received my food. Aside from the dining room being closed I couldn't see any other covid 19 safety practices. The bag with my food in it hit the floor before it was handed to me. The person at the window stated only my sauces fell out, not my food. Then she proceeded to throw the same sauces back in my bag on top of my food.

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP!! I ordered and paid online because I was in a pinch for time only to find out the only way to receive your order is to sit in the drive thru, which makes the app completely pointless. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and was still 6-7 cars deep, so I had to leave without ever receiving my food. I wasn't the only one leaving either as 3-4 other cars had left the line as well. It cannot be hard to staff literally one person to run out mobile orders to keep business flowing. I'm lucky I only wasted $5.
