Raising Cane's

The service was terrible and super slow, the food chicken fingers were old and greasy as if had been sitting out and was placed back into greasy to reheat. The order was wrong and the kids were horseplaying in the work place unmasked handling customer food. It was just terrible service from start to finish. Management was in front of me but said or did nothing. They were indifferent about serving the customer.

I ordered today through the drive through and got a sandwich, i asked for no lettuce because i dont like lettuce and it takes up too much of the canes sauce, when i got home i took a bite to find out that only 1/3 of my sandwich has any canes sauce on it , very disappointed. Who wants to eat a dry sandwich? Let alone pay for one

I am currently in this restaurant and tried it for the first time. I ordered the 4 Finger Combo and was VERY disappointed with the meal. The chicken has no flavor and some parts were "gummy" and other parts HARD. The cole slaw was in need of flavor as well. I have NEVER tasted cole slaw with no flavor. The ONLY thing that was good about visiting this restaurant was the sweet. I will NEVER visit this establishment again. If this was my last meal, I'd happily die without eating it again.

Upon opening the bag, this little guy was waiting right on top of the box. I immediately closed the bag and drove straight back to this establishment. I politely requested a refund after presenting my receipt with all of the bagged up food. The initial young lady politely stated that her manger was coming to the window…I had no clue the manager was going to be lower than low class. This “manager” asked me what’s the problem. I responded that there was a roach in my food and would like a refund. She responded saying, “That’s impossible because I bagged it up.” …….😑……you see where this is going…..I told her she can open the bag and see for herself or she can look at the picture I took of the roach. She responded, “I can’t take back the food or look at the picture.” Only after I was then noticeably irritable did she comply by giving me my refund which I had the receipt for…and no apology was given of course. I hope somebody higher up at Raising Canes sees this post, because as gross as the roach situation was 🤢, I’m only posting this negative review due to her rude customer service and lack of even attempting to be professional. Raising Cane's is known for their delicious chicken, sauce and fresh fries. I have been there several times and generally enjoy the food there. The staff is friendly and willing to take your order whenever you are ready. There have been a few times where the fries may have been over cooked or not as fresh; there have been other times where I didn't have any issues. Sometimes due do either staffing issues or just am influx of people, there may be long wait times up to 15 mins or more in the drive through. I have not had these kind of experiences eating inside their restaurant. Overall this is a good restaurant, the staff works hards and they serve delicious fast food there.

06/17/21 10:46pm. This is good news for people who like chicken nuggets, the bad news is I order chicken strips (they were old, chewy, burnt). This Is clearly a managerial issue, when you go during the day time the food is excellent but if go at night your left with the feeling you are eating leftovers.
