Aurora's Cafe

I wanna start off by saying the food did have a good flavor to it. I just couldn't eat comfortably because of the fruit flies. and.. I wouldn't know know how to rate the service, being that it looked like a 16yr old (my guess) was serving us and we had to ask for everything. (The only other people there, I'm assuming were the cooks.) so u don't think I'm exaggerating I'll give u an Example; I ordered a coffee and had to ask for sugar. My wife got a soda and had to ask for a straw. She also ordered a fajita taco and got barbacoa. With No NAPKINS anywhere. So we asked for some. And only got ONE. wth... so she asked for one more and she just about had it. We tried to eat because like I said It was yummy. But just couldn't ignore the fruit flies in our faces. Literally. Oh and one actually fell in her soda. So we just asked for to-go boxes and went home to finish our meal. Wow. I wouldn't recommend to stay and eat, if u wanna give it a try just ORDER TO GO!! 😉🙏

Went to have lunch with my husband, nephew and my service dog. While sitting down to eat one of the ladies came to me saying my dog doesn't need to be in there. I have a need for the service dog and was pretty much told I don't need him he's just a dog. Very inappropriate and disrespectful to a person with an unforeseen disability.

I had to experience a situation that was preventable with this establishment on 8/19/2016. An individual used my credit w/o my authorization. As I was on the phone with my banker to stop the card, they informed me a transaction was being attempted at Aurora's Café. Promptly I called and informed them of the situation. He went on and told me they attempted numerous times but the card got declined. He told me the individual is expected to return in 10 minutes to pick up his food. I shared with the person on other line that he had my credit cards. Before I can call my second card company to stop all future transaction, Aurora had allowed this person to use my other card knowing it wasn't his. I care not to share my opinions. I'm simply laying out the facts and occurrences and allowing the readers to make their own opinions.
