Jack's

The food was ok but the amount of black pepper on the burgers I got was disgusting. Had to throw it away cause that was all I tasted, even after scraping a lot off with a knife. I used to come here a lot but lately the quality of the food has been declining. Definitely taking a break from Jacks after this.

Was very disappointed. We pulled up to window where smoke was coming out so bad and choked us little did we know that the fries that we had inside the bag was the burnt fries from the smoke. I reached out to Jack's on an app to let them know and no one called me back or said anything about it. Had to throw them away. And the smoke had us choking all night

Long line in drive thru, the people working the drive thru was not on their "A" game! Had cars pulled up waiting on our order, and forgot about us! We all had to go inside and ask where our food was. They had never made the our food. 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ NO ORGANIZATION IN THIS PLACE AT ALL! the manager didn't know how to run the store! They were taking the orders, but not filling the orders! They didn't know how to push out their ORDERS.. every one including the manager needs to be trained!

I sent my son to get me just 4 chicken tenders. He brought them back to me. When I opened the bag I had 2 whole tenders and and 2 little chrispy pieces not tenders. He also told me they were just sitting down doing nothing. I tried to call and let them know because I am at work. They refused to answer the phone. The phone rang several times and then it hung up. I'm very disappointed about this because everyone at this restaurant knows who I am and where I work. I wish I could upload a picture to show everyone what they are giving out on night shift. I can't believe night shift. Not acceptable!!!!
