Mcdonald's

I don't know what is wrong with this place, employees are rude, also, they never have ice cream, I've been here at least 10 times on the past weeks and they always say the icecream machine is down, no shakes, nothing. Last time, I ordered on line, and when I went to pick it up they just gave me my money back because, surprise, no icecream. Never going back to this place.

My experiences are over a year ago, due to moving out of the area. I would stop in after work to get dinner on weekends. The food was always fresh and hot. I do not know why, but the McChicken from this place tasted better than anywhere else. Fries had enough salt on them to raise your blood pressure just by holding the box. (Good thing) Wait times are very slow. With good reason. This store was severely understaffed. One manager and a person on the grill. The manager stationed the front, and the window. I could tell they were both exhausted. Not their fault. (This does not affect my review of the restaurant)

Dropped by the drive thru for a 10 piece chicken nugget combo. Female on the headset was really friendly, she took my order and asked if I needed anything else. I pull to the second window. The guy standing at the window was not friendly at all. He didn't speak one single word to me. I gave him my card, he gave it back, handed me my tea (which was all sweet, I ordered half and half), then my nuggets and fries. No napkins, salt, ketchup, have a good evening, nothing.
