Awesome throw back to the original steak and shake! Fantastic old school feel with amazing fresh made steak burgers and, uh, yes I'll smash an awesome shake with that! Very clean, great restaurant!!

Good food, well priced. When dining in felt comfortable. Honestly pretty nice whenever it's empty. That's not to say it isn't pleasant when there's people. Go to for cheap tasty burgers.

This place is so great now. It used to be awful. Slow. Not very tasty. Terrifying at night. Then they closed and reopened and holy cow. Welcome to 2023, Steak n Shake. I love you.
Order at a kiosk. Receive your accurate, delicious food very quickly from a smiling staff member. Sit and eat in the clean dining room until 10pm! Fear not being riddled with bullet holes.
Places like this seem to only ever get worse and then go away, but Steak N Shake got with it and lives on.
Whoever took the reigns with this one, thank ya! Sittin here eating a double with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and Mayo with a Barq’s is one of my happy places.

My food is always good. I typically order my food online to go and it is generally always ready when I arrive. My only dislike is that all of the staff just stare at you when you walk in. No one greets you, they don't look away or avoid eye contact, they don't even pretend to be busy. They don't even respond to questions.. I get a milkshake once or twice a week and this has been the case like 10 or more times. they just straight-up stare at you and don't say a word. Big smiles though 😁 It's very strange

I love coming here. This location has great service and the manager is always willing to help. She took me through an entire order at the kiosk to show me how the machine prices change. While also showing me how to pay and which machine takes cash or card. Thank you for your kindness and dedication.

2nd time here in 2 days and their food did not disappoint. Most places are hit or miss so I'm not sure of everyone else's experience. Fries were mid though. Hopefully the chain experiments with them because they just seem too bland in flavor.
