Lived across the street for almost two years. My food and beverages, even when modified, have always been delivered timely and accurately. Seems like in the past 6 months there has been a change in staffing and management, everyone seems stressed and defeated, store isn't as clean, different vibe.
Knowledgeable and genuinely nice staff, excellent and incredibly fast service even when they are busy. I'm often offered a water if I'm waiting at the window, and I've even been offered my order on the house on multiple occasions.

The place is very clean and well taken care of as well and Good food.... I always appreciate the nice customer service and above and beyond attitudes from staff.

It’s a Starbucks- you know what to expect. What I didn’t expect is the extra effort that the staff puts in. When I ordered my coffee, instead of just tell me, the total, young man behind the counter, asked me “are you sure? I can get you an ice water to go along with that if you would like? “
A simple thing to ask- but made a complete difference. Made me feel like he cared. It’s the little things!!
i love this starbucks, i havent been to one that has disappointed me.
The first time I went inside post Covid-19 I kept my head down being sure to follow the arrows when I heard cheers. I looked up and all the baristas were cheering for me and blowing me mask covered kisses. I was so touched by the out pouring of love after months of solitude, it made my entire day better.
Thay was a couple weeks ago, today after spending the morning sorting out a stressful situation I decided to stop for a tea since I was too rushed to make anything at home. When I got to work I noticed this little message on my cup, "hang in there". It was very needed and again I felt the boost of positivity to my day.
This location has the best baristas. They always have a smile on their face and handle long lines with such speed and grace. The sole reason I go there so often is for the people. I'm not sure they know what a bright light they are, but I hope they do! Thank you for improving my day every time I see you!
