I give this rally say hesitant 5.
It's the only Rally's I know if in town we can still get the Mushroom Swiss burger that the family loves. Everything else there's a really good to that it very good value. The only reason I hesitated was because out of all the times I've been there last Sunday they do not opening time and I'll tell you they're open an hour later they still were not.

Pulled in and was on the left side lane. Was told that the right lane was closed and to move to the left lane. ??? Told again to pull to the other lane. Ok, so we pulled around to the right lane. The speaker sucked, and they couldn't hear our order, so we had to pull to the window to order. The guy taking the order couldn't get our order right. Part of our order, we ordered a special advertised 2 for $4 bacon rally burger and was told they no longer had bacon. What? Then we were told we could add bacon to a rally burger, but they were no longer on special as they were advertised. So, then we were charged $5 for 2 double rally burgers and then .99 for each one to have bacon added and our bacon rally burgers(not double) ended up $7 for a 2 for $4 special. Then we had to pull up and wait for our cold food in the parking lot that was scattered with bread racks that were being ran over by customers. Several customers pulled up to the left speaker and left when they were told to pull around. A quick 15 minute run for food took over 45 minutes and we were overcharged and the food was cold by the time we got it. Don't go to Rally' s off 465 and Emerson Avenue. Pick a better one.

My husband placed an online order to pick up food and they are closed!! Took the card information online with no problems though. 9:56 pm was the pick up time. Place completely dark, no answer on the phone & you can’t even leave a message. No word on the website to indicate they are closed. Completely unacceptable & his card better not be charged! Absolutely ridiculous. Once again the card better not be charged!

Have their burgers changed? Second time I've gone through and gotten a rally burger and it was mushy and didn't have a "burger" taste or consistency. It was like the old JTM style meat. The fries were hot but tasted sweet like the funnel fries had been served side by side.

Need to slow down and take their time to get orders correct. Asked for no tomato and still got it. Good thing there is not an allergy issue and just don't like. Correct.is always 10X better than fast...

I am so pleased that rally's has reopened some locations. They have the best fries. My husband and I have been craving rally's for quite awhile and we were unable to locate due to closures. So happy they have opened back up. Brunch was hot and tasty.😀😀😍😍

Messed my order up twice in a row and took the food back, manager told the cashier to “put it in the back in case they come back” I confronted them but she assured me they would throw it away. They did the same with food they got incorrect the second time. It’s clear they’re not following health code regulations and if this happened even once I’m sure it happens often. I’m positive I won’t be going to rally’s again.
