A lot of SUBWAY's can be stuck in following a 'script'. I appreciated how the sandwich creator greeted me, looked me in the eye, and really listened to what I had to say. They weren't on auto-pilot just trying to get through it.
I had a well put together sandwich at a decent price, in a clean and peaceful spot. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Employees are kind and patienthe, food tasted fresh and was prepared with care, the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The dining area was clean. I really do enjoy this location off of East 10th street.

Been a while since I visited a go to staple for my pallet.
Went for my always Italian Herb and Meatball..
Noticed they finally had (all restaurants) or should be had, their own hot bar for warm food, seperated and heated from what I am used to normal being with the cold case items. NICE
But with temp regulations, even after a toasted italian bread, not two minutes after my sandwich was delivered with efficient care and handling, my meatballs where in a fight to catch up with the heat outside, much greater then theirs.
Condiments, I can understand can put a chill on my hot food, but.. My meatballs where always hotter in the cold case, then in the new seperated hot case.
So I was eating here and the owner or manager brought me some cookies for free because they had made a mistake not giving me a plate. Much respect to him and this location, great customer service and great staff. I wasn’t expecting much from a subway but this one is something else. This is an honest and great place to eat best sub way I’ve ever been to.
very clean and aesthetically pleasing. the star of the show was the manager, mostly because he’s fine af and has a cute laugh lol. service in general was great. found my new fave subway.
The staff here is awesome! I came in with four hungry mouths to feed, after a trip to the state museum. They took great care of us and treated us well. The food was good and this is one of the largest Subways I've ever seen!
My favorite Subway location everyone is so friendly you feel like family.

Have only been here once. They were patient and yet kept the line moving. The facility was clean. My daughter is now going to school near there and I will be there again.
Food was on point. I just had to repeat my order several times
