Papa Johns Pizza

I have to preface this review with the fact that we always carry out. I can’t speak to the quality of the pizza that’s delivered but I can say we have used the specific Papa John’s for over 15 years and I can count on one hand the times we’ve got a pizza that was less than excellent. I guess I should also share that in that time we’ve ordered, with no exaggeration, we’ll over 150 pizzas! Keep up the great work staff at Papa John’s on Southport.

I did have a significant wait on my order and it got lost after being put in the oven twice. However, the twi mamagers are really something special. The lady is an absolute boss at working with the dough and getting things done despite how busy it gets. And the man with red hair is super nice despite any attitude thrown at him. He stays professional and makes sure to keep everyone moving. His arm was in a sling when i went and he was still getting things done. When i did get our order, the cheesesticks were really good and the pizza was incredible. Their chicken poppers are really good too! If you like them super saucy i'd request extra sauce though.

I called in to order carryout. This location stopped delivering to my house about a year ago so we rarely get a chance to have Papa John's anymore, even though we used to eat it twice a week or so. Anyway, I needed my Papa John's tonight and I called, even though I usually order online. Jordan answered the phone and absolutely made my night. He was SO extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. He informed me of the specials running, and was so courteous when I realized I'd made a mistake ordering. Instead of seeming bothered by having to go back and change it, he seemed more than happy to do it for me. I just can't express how amazing it was to interact with him. When we got to the window to pick up our order, he was just as friendly as he was on the phone, and he proceeded to converse with us as we waited for our food. This man deserves a raise, and you should be hiring more people like Jordan! He ENJOYS his job, and seemed like he couldn't be happier.

By far the best Papa John's I've ordered from. Their pizza is always hot whenever we get it! Everything we order is there. They are here so quickly too it's crazy, the door bell rings and your checking the clock thinking you just ordered your food! Very friendly and respectful delivery drivers! They follow all the guidelines for our safety. Keep it up guys!
