This was such a pleasant surprise in the middle of the Midwest! I’m from California so this was like an oasis. The staff was friendly and the tacos were so fresh and crunchy. I honestly think they’re better than the ones I got back West. The store itself is clean and I noticed a staff member staying on top of keeping it that way. This place is great. Excited to take another road trip back!
We are visiting from NC and stopped to get some lunch. I manage a restaurant back home, and was so impressed by the staff's dedication to service and cleanliness. This should be the standard! What a wonderful example. When we walked in, we were greeted by both cashier and kitchen staff, and even the manager (a female) was busy cleaning. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! You could tell that the whole crew takes pride in their work. I don't know what you're paying them, but I promise they still deserve a raise.
This was our first time eating here, the food is really good. My grandson had mozzarella sticks, he loved them. The fries were great and all of our food was fresh and hot!
Jack never disappoints. This location is a great stop, and the staff was very nice.

The mgr came out and helped alot to get the employees caught up. He was really nice and worked hard to satisfy customers. They were really busy. Employees were slow.
The young lady, and the manager on duty at the drive thru who made the Oreo shakes with love, did a phenomenal job providing excellent customer service and with the food service you hardly see in today’s society. Kaniece, and the manager you did fantastic job.
As someone who has experienced JITB in California, I really enjoyed a taste of Cali in Indianapolis. It makes me wish in-n-out Burger was also available in the Midwest. JITB had some amazing menu items when I lived in SoCal and I totally appreciate being able to get my fix after all these years. 5 stars all the way!
We were greeted by Peter at the counter. We had never been to a Jack in the box so asked for recommendations and he was very helpful. I ordered the #7 with what Peter said was "good good sauce" I asked if I could taste the sauce before ordering it; he obliged, and it was delicious! My daughter got the Bacon Cheeseburger. She loved it also. The drink machine was out of numerous drinks which was annoying. Finally settled for Sweet tea only to have it run out too half way through the pour. We settled for water. Overall it was clean and satisfactory. We will be back.
We’ve always loved Jack-in-the-Box and now they have milk Boba drinks it’s amazing!! It’s clean it has gotten more expensive though.
