Honestly one female worker was amazing and cheerful and loved it and the food was great, the next time I went maybe a half hearted energy from a male worker and food was fine enough.

Had a spicy chicken sandwich only and it was a large portion, quite filling. The service was friendly and fast but it was after the lunch rush so no lines no waiting. I chose KFC because Chic Filet parking lot was packed and even though they're fast, I didn't want to deal with the congestion.

I love the consistency of the taste and quality. I am a caregiver and my client eats at KFC 5 days out of 7 and his food is always fresh and tastes great, that's why he has me go get his dinner there so much!

I ordered online, service was not a factor. It's a fast food place with plastic furniture, all surfaces are hard so sounds are harsh and loud. That's the atmosphere

I ordered two combos; I was rang up for three but corrected my order at the window without issue! They were out of barbecue sauce, which wasn't a huge deal but odd. The bread on my sandwich was a little stale, and the chicken was relatively thick for a sandwich. I will be back to try the sandwich again for sure.

I'm reviewing this restaurant not because of the food or the quality of the service, but because of how the management takes care of their employees!
I visited the store and the employee was going to be late because the sitter hadn't showed up. KFC allowed them to bring their infant to the restaurant and wait for the sitter. Now that's going the extra mile@!!!!!
It was an infant who sat in the lobby entertained by a telephone while waiting.
IT TAKES A VILLAGE!!!!!

The young gentleman at the counter was very sweet and his customer service skills are on point! Best I've seen from a man of his age for sure! Food was fresh but seasoning was lacking on the original recipe. I couldn't even see the pepper sprinkles.
