Drive thru could use some work and definitely the employees could learn hot food should be hot cold food should be cold it also took 18 minutes for four ice cream sundaes today but they were nice

We stopped for lunch and it was great. fresh fries and the rally burgers were made great. Fresh toppings fresh meat. There was only one employee working. a nice lady with long red braids. She dud an amazing job!

The food is fast food but the service was phenomenal. Yes I had to wait a long time because only one lady showed up for work but she was so positive about it, not stressed out or grouchy. She still served with a positive attitude.

Fantastic bang for your buck, especially the mix and match 2 for 4 buck options. They really know how to hustle here so you never wait much. And of course the fries are every bit as good as everyone says. I definitely recommend here if you want cheap and fast that's still good

Great food. Ordered through the app. Took a while once we arrived but we did have a large order. Food was prepared flawlessly. Hot, juicy burgers, perfectly cooked chicken and great fries. Ordered a large milkshake for the kiddos but this location didn't have them available. But the manager did swap us out for 2 medium sized soft drinks. Great customer service. Polite peole and they were more than happy to do what they needed to make sure we were happy. Thanks guys! Will definitely be eating with you guys again.

It was my first trip to Rally's and the food was very good. It was super hot and my order was spot on. The line was long amd they only had two employees at the time but they were both professional and cheerful and as efficient as possible. Even with the wait I was very impressed with the service and as I said the food was delicious.
