Late in the day should have known better Grease was burnt. Chicken was very bad should have taken it back but it was to go order got all the way home didn't feel like going back

I have always made the decision to eat at KFC Pendleton Pyke. But sometimes they don’t pay attention, this time I asked for a combo 5 and they gave me a number 4, I asked one of the employees that if he paid a combo five, and he answered me, just go and pay a little more if you want more, it was very unpleasant, a rude person must be nice working, I had seen it with different eyes but, it was very rude this time, just because I don’t know the details of an invoice? I asked for something and I had a question, can’t I ask? It left him five stars because two of the employees were helpful! Now I understand why they record “Karens” making them believe that the customer is “bad”

Nicole was so great she greeted me at the speaker and made sure everything was fresh in my bag and assured my experience was great. It’s not too often you get good service at this location but this makes me think I want to come back so thank you ms Nicole for your hard work

I wanted something different for lunch. I stopped by KFC and I can’t say enough about Nicole at the front counter. She was so pleasant and her customer service was great. We were sitting at the table eating and watched her help a lady to her car with a large order. I just hardly ever see that anymore. Great job Nicole, have a blessed day!!!!
