Everytime I'm in Indianapolis I stop. I'm from Louisville.
I think the employees here are great and sweet! An older man took the order, they were short staffed and you can tell he was tired and everyone was stressed but he was still very attentive and sweet to me and every customer placing their order. And with a smile that looked so genuine. Not to mention my food was hot and delicious! Definitely coming back to this Church's only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I think they need more personnel.
I'm from New Orleans and know what Church's supposed to taste like and this place felt like home. I loved the warm hospitality feel from the employees. The food was fresh and hot. I was Thanked and told to have a great day. I really enjoyed my visit here and my hour and half drive for this meal was soooo worth it..I will be back.
This store was short staffed. I was told I would have a 20 min wait. I had no problem with that. I felt so sorry for the only 2 workers there. Several customers were so abusive to these ladies for the wait. . They were professional and delt with these people so well I was impressed. I have no complaint. But these ladies should be commended ,they represented Churches so well. Please acknowledge Bynita B. And her co-worker at store # 250 for a job well done. Yvonne Armstrong.
Pretty good service. The staff was honest, funny, and efficient. I had a big order, and they offered me a free drink while I waited. I got my order fresh off the frier, and had an overall enjoyable time with the staff. The wait is worth it.
I'm the new manager up there we have undergone new management and rebuilding crew. I have read on what this store needs to improve on and we have! But looks forward for a first chance as well as a second. Sincerely Joshua. Ask for me and let us know how we can continue to grow

I went there yesterday really long line .I had good experience most respect for the guy that helped me. I asked about a stupid question he said he does not like that word stupid question. Very nice guy very respectful
This place has great food, but they always are running out of chicken...be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your order, they always have a large line. Service is wonderful.
It was hot fresh and tasty 😋. I was very impressed with this place because you get what you pay for. If you pay cheap for food the quality or food may be not to much to your liking ,anyhow it was a good place to eat and the service was far behond the call of duty..? 🤪🙃
PSYCH!! OMG. Describing my disgust for this location will be easy, so I'll start by saying it was very unsanitary. The workers, while in high numbers, still could not complete simple tasks, resulting in my ENTIRE order being far below satisfactory. Also the wait was 15-20 minutes long, after order, but i was still wrong in assuming in decent service. A cell phone conversation left the manager on duty completely dormant, im so sure the african american women was talking with corporate(sarcasm), the wait was very uncomfortable. Honestly, I could go on and on, but i think readers will but be putting together the picture by now. Do not eat Church's Chicken, if you don't lose your appetite upon entry of the restaurant, you will surely lose it after you open your bag.
