I would like to share that I ordered online delivery and waited 1 1/2 hours before I called and spoke to a manager. A very nice lady answered and explained the situation as I was trying to be patient. She had the manager call me regarding the issue. Katie was her name, and I would like to give a shout out to her professional customer service. She first apologized for the problem and then offered to make it right. She personally delivered my order within 15 minutes of talking to me. That is excellent customer service and appreciation. Thank you Katie!

Clean place food is always what you expect and great service. The machine messed up for credit cards last time I was in and they gave me the meal for free. I told them I'd swing back with cash and they insisted on it being on them for the inconvenience.
