When one decides to work in this industry they have to keep in mind, it's customer service. With the said...if you grab the bread and feel that its hard, it shouldn't be served. This will stop returns and you can't get upset if the customer chooses not to accept it. And as you proceed to prep the sandwich keep in mind that the customer can see you tossing it and the fixings around. Just not a good look. The gentleman that use to work day shift is missed!!

Lady making sandwiches was nice and polite , but won't be back. Lady explained subway is not giving workers tips when you pay by card. Heck I never have cash. Don't know if it's subway or the franchise owner....but I will let it be known.

Food is delicious, speedy service and they take coupons. The Subways in Speedway & Clermont no longer take any coupons.
