Domino's Pizza

Past 3 times I've ordered delivery from here I've gotten the wrong pizzas and had to call the store and have them send out the right order. Each time it's been almost a 3 hour ordeal. 1.5 hours to get the wrong order and then another 1.5 hours for them to get us the right pizzas. Most recent time the pizzas they remade and sent out to us were STILL wrong. Such a shame as dominos is very good pizza, but this place needs some serious help. On the bright side, the food is always hot and taste fresh.

My advice is to never order delivery from this Domino's location. You will be waiting close to 3 hours for your order or it may not arrive at all. Forget about calling the store. They won't answer and if they do answer you will be greeted by a bunch unprofessional workers laughing and joking all over the phone. Not to mention when you finally do get your order it will be cold and not what you ordered. I do not eat pork and they gave me a pizza with sausage and pepperoni when I never ordered it.

Wow, lots of bad reviews, which surprises me a bit because we always order from this location and rarely had any issues. From our experience, they do a good job on accuracy of the food we order and only have had to wait past estimated time occasionally. We do always pick up and rarely do delivery.

This location is the worst, I placed my order at 12p they said 30 to 45mins did not show up I called asked for refund on Friday. They called at 4pm after I canceled at 3pm to tell me they was out side my job. Which i canceled because we was closing soon. Still have not received my refund. Every time I call about my refund I get No Real answer about why I have not received my money.

I placed two different orders online for pickup in order to take advantage of multiple coupons. I placed the orders around 9:10 pm, well past the rush time of the day. The website said they'd be ready 20-30 minutes later for pickup, so around 9:30-9:40 pm right? My girlfriend and I left to go get the food at 9:37 pm and arrived at the store at 9:50pm. I told the person at the window I was there for two orders, both under the same name. They went and checked and said they should be coming out in a few minutes. I then stood there for about twenty minutes before someone came and asked me again what order I was waiting on. I then told them again and they checked and told me it would be another 8 minutes. I sat in my car for about 8 minutes and went and checked again. They told me it should be out shortly, so I stood there for a few more minutes. They FINALLY brought out one of my orders which consisted of a large pizza and some bread twists. I asked where my other order was, they went and checked and then told me it would be another 8 minutes. I went back to my car to wait again, went back about 8 minutes later and they finally had my other food. They apologized for the (45 extra minute) wait and said they'd be refunding the second order back to my card and gave me a free drink. When we finally got home with the food, we opened the pizza box and it was missing a topping and wasn't even cut and the twists were doughy and undercooked. Not to mention, the pizza was mostly cold by the time we got home. I used to work at a much busier dominos than this and we never had screw ups like this. This dominos wasn't even that busy when we got there and yet they still didn't have my pick up orders ready in less than an hour and they barely got them done in an hour and a half. I don't know what was wrong with the inside people Sunday night, but something needs to be done. Whether it's additional training, different shift leads, or new management altogether. This was very disrespectful how long we had to wait for our food considering that we were told it would be at most 30 minutes. Saying that we were disappointed by the service would be a drastic understatement.
