Ham & Cheese are our favorite Kolache's - AWESOME!!!
Definitely the best filled breakfast/brunch pastry I've had in a long time!!! Love the ranchero flavored one and my son likes the sausage!
Heaven Filled Pastries!. We absolutely love this place! These breakfast filled pastries are amazing! Used to be one located in the old Indianapolis airport before it closed and we miss it so much! Whenever we are on the northeast side, we stop here to get get some and extras to take back home! Enjoy!
The idea and the kolaches were great but the service was horrendous. Not a single person spoke English which makes getting what you want difficult. The workers seemed as if they had no clue how do do their job. It was 930 on a weekend and they were completely out of coffee. This could be an excellent establishment if the staff were better trained and supervised.

Interesting place. I've always wanted to stop here but the location is hard to get to unless you are going south-bound on Allisonville road.
So I'd never gone before this past weekend. It really is like a fancy donut shop but instead of donuts, they sell Kolache.
I wasn't sure what to expect on the insides of these little balls that looked like dinner rolls. I ordered a variety. 7 of them cost about $13 and change with tax. not bad, but kind of pricy too since they were kind of small... you'd eat 2-3 yourself to get full.
Cream Cheese Kolache - OK. looked like a donut with a sunken center that had a glob of cream cheese baked into it. It was OK but was too roll-like for me. I'd skip the donut looking ones and just get donuts elsewhere if that was what i was wanting.
Biscut Gravy - The one filled with sausage and gravy was very good. I'd get it again!
Bacon, Egg & Cheese and the Sausage, Egg and Cheese - These were slightly bigger than the others, which was a good thing. The egg/meat mixture was super dry and i ddin't really detect any cheese in either of them. If it is in there, it was sparingly added.
Broccoli Cheese - (it may have had rice in it too i don't rmemember). This one was good. Not sure i'd order it again but it was good non the less.
Club - This one i'm not sure they gave us the right one. She described it as being turkey and ham with bacon bits and cheese. My husband ate this one and showed me the insides and it was straight up ham only. He said it was good but he was disappointed because it was supposed to be a club (he wanted the bacon!)
I would go again, if i'm in the right place at the right time to get into the parking lot easily but i won't seek it out.
Yum. I've been going to the store on Allisonville for many years. I really like it. I want to eat too many and get full, but I'm loving it while I'm eating them..... I like the spicy ones.
Like the breakfast kolaches. Most of what I ordered for the family was good, a little sparse on the selection, though. It was superbowl weekend here in Indy and I had hoped for a few more choices available. I went with bacon and cheese, rancheros, and one called sausage and cheese, but really just contained a hotdog in there. Good flavor, just surprised by the hotdog when expecting crumbled sausage. My fault for not asking. Good though.
A must try for everyone! 3-4 kolaches can fill you up quick! Great for kids and eating on the go!
Ahhhhh...Comfort food!. Steaming hot, soft and sweet dough filled with savory or sweet fillings. I really liked the breakfast ones filled with bacon, cheese and egg. The jalapeno & cheddar cheese were also really tasty...
This place is really nice to have breakfast at. I really enjoyed the food and the experience. The cashiers were very kind and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. 10/10 😁
Love this place! Their quality of a classic Kolache(fruit or something wrapped in pastry) is amazing! The staff was really nice and that’s from multiple visits. I do like how many types they have however I wish there was a little different method to warming them up… they stick it in the microwave. It does warm it it however doesn’t seem the best for a place where pastry is the main ingredient.
This was by FAR an awesome Breakfast Experience! The customer service was outstanding! There were about 20 customers that came thru the line only waiting a minute or two at most to get their food. I tried the Spinach Cream Cheese, Texas Hot Polish Sausage, and Ranchero and Sausage & Cheese Jalapeño! They were phenomenal choices! Also do not forget the Hot Coffee is was great!
Definitely will return and highly recommend making this restaurant that has been here 20 years a stop for great Kolache!
This is the absolute #1 place for an amazing breakfast sandwich that will change your life and blow your mind! They are open early and their products are always the freshest, best tasting and easy to carry out that you will find! Give them a shot and I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!
My first time here, and it was delicious! Tried a couple different fruit varieties and a ham & cheese kolache. Easy to see what they have and good prices. Very soft and flavorful dough, fillings were abundant. Will be going back soon!
The food was so good. Not sure why I waited so long to try it. Lots of options. Everything I've tried has been delicious.
Man, those things are so good! Personal favorite is the enchilada one. Tons of flavor!
They should update their schedules, the employees do NOT open at 6 as they are supposed to, in fact if they see that there are people outside waiting they take longer, too bad on that side, on the other hand the food is excellent!
So tasty! Sausage and Gravy is my favorite!
