Love the pumpkin pie Blizzard. Delicious! I have been to this location many times and have not had the bad experience's that some others are reporting. Always have gotten good, fresh food and ice cream treats.
The drive through worker Larry has excellent customer service skills. I’ve been twice in two weeks and 10/10 so far! Hot food, good service, even reminded me to scan my points. Thanks Larry!
They have the best food , always hot 🔥 burgers and their fries are to die for yummy yum 😋 The drive threw well the guy whom gives you , your order is a kinda older guy very friendly and nice always ask how my days been , plus always says have a great day as well best service of anywhere else , because service from other places their service is not good and wait time slow , and food not fresh , Dairy Queen always has fresh food ! You all should be proud because no other fast food could ever compare to you and your awesome service , food and price, plus always hot and they cook it fresh every time to congrats for such wonderful service & fast , hot , good and the price is a good deal as well ! 😀 Thank you for caring for your customers ❤️

I’m very impressed! I don’t know if it’s new owners, new management, or new staff. Might be a bit of them all? The food was fresh, quick, and accurate. The girl who was working the window smiled at each and every car when they approached the window. She was super polite. I can’t get over what a good experience this was! I hope to have many more keep up the great customer service guys!!!!
It is DQ, what do you expect. The food was hot and tasty. The ice cream products were DQ's standard.
I prefer to come to this location for perfect dipped cones. That cotton candy is so addicting. I prefer this location over the one on Franklin road at ALL TIMES!
I will give full credits to the lovely gal at the window. She was friendly, gave me a nice big smile, the food came out so so fast. Excellent excellent. The food itself was just okay the flavor is a little off from what I remember. Still, it was a good experience overall.
I went through the drive through so I can't comment on the inside of the facility. I ordered the chicken strips, fries and toast. The toast was a little hard but everything else was good. The white gravy dipping sauce was good and different from the usual bbq, honey mustard, etc. The food was still hot when I arrived home which was awesome. Most fast food would have cooled down. Service was also good and reasonably timed for what was ordered.
My neighbor and I went to get her some food. Ordered 1 combo and an ice cream bar. They said it was over $18. I asked for an explanation but they didn't offer a copy of receipt. The manager came to the window and just said that's how much it is. Needless to say we left with nothing. Not good service at all.
I ordered a father's day ice cream cake for my husband online. Entered more info such as my husband is a huge Cubs fan and could they use a darker blue icing and add a little red. I picked up the cake the next day and I was so surprised and very impressed with the decorating. Cubs colors for sure with red, white and blue logo. Cake turned out great and my husband really liked it. Thanks so much !
