Burger King

I came here yesterday to get a quick lunch for my family on my birthday and the cashier (who said she is GM) rang me up for Whopper Juniors when I ordered cheeseburgers with no meat. A few members of my family can't eat meat due to medical issues, so we order cheeseburgers with no meat all the time and we have never had someone charge extra for NOT getting meat. First she lied and said Whopper Jr s are the same price as cheeseburgers, and when I said they aren't she said they have to ring cheeseburgers up as Whopper Juniors if you don't get meat in them. We travel all the time so I've probably been to at least 30 different BKs and have never once been charged extra for not getting meat. She said all the restaurants weren't supposed to do that, and finally took almost a dollar off the price but wouldn't give me a receipt. Luckily my dash cam caught everything she said and I've already contacted corporate. I'm sure she wouldn't be okay with being charged extra for NOT getting something, so I'm not sure why she expected me to be okay with it.

I ordered a few sandwiches and a cup of ice water. They rang up a small coke instead of the water. When I brought it to her attention, she said they have to ring it up that way and it would be taken off at the window. At the window, they refused to take it off and said that they charge $1.79 for water, the same price as the coke! I was open to exchanging the water for a drink or returning it. The manager was rude, wouldn't speak to me or attempt to fix the problem. They should really tell people that they charge almost $2 for tap water.

I went in the drive through to get the impossible burger but made like the spicy melt and they not only were rude and denied my offer but the moment I said they had done it before and insisted, they made it for me and gave me meat instead of the impossible meat!! I didn’t realize until after I had taken a couple bites that it was meat! By that time it was to late and I was already headed home. This has happened on two separate occasions! I don’t eat meat and haven’t for three years and they totally disrespected me!!

If could give 0 stars I would that should be a option when making reviews. It was the worst experience I've had in years and I should've know better than to eat burger king, I haven't eaten there in 20 years and I know why. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and tried to order 2 six piece nuggets which was clearly written on the menu 4 piece chicken nugget and 6 piece nugget. Carlicia the lady who took our order said they didn't have 6 piece and only had 4 and 10 piece....stupid. I went ahead and said ok cause my fiance didn't want to make it a big deal. So we went ahead with our order, she said it'll be 6 mins for our spicy chicken and for us to pull to the front of the building which we did. When we got our food the nuggets had some white stuff on 1 of the 10 pieces took it back got another one and didn't check the spicy chicken sandwiches because what could've been wrong with them when we just waited 6 mins for them? That was the driest chicken sandwich I've ever had, the chicken was dried out to where it was dark meat instead of a white meat chicken breast like it's supposed to be... there was zero sort of condiment on it which maybe would've helped with the dryness of that piece of meat. I couldn't even stomach it let alone swallow it from how dry it was cutting up my gums and roof of my mouth dry. I know better than to give burger king the benefit of the doubt no matter how hungry I am or how conveniently close it's located to me or where I'm going.
