Salsa Verde Mexican Restaurant & Taqueria

The food here was amazing. Tried the torta ahogada it was so full of tastes and flavors. Impressed at their tacos, which are authentic. The carne asada, al pastor, and carnitas were incredible. Delicious salsas and variety of spicy levels. Delicious horchata. Delicious chips and salsa. Staff was extremely friendly and enjoyed the music. The chicken taquito that was the side for the torta was a great suprise. Probably my favorite .

My family and I really enjoyed dining at this restaurant. The food was delicious and authentic. The margaritas were beyond words!! They offer an appetizer the was a 3 dip flight with chips that was amazing. My favorite the Arroz Con Pollo. The chicken and rice was cooked perfectly and the queso sauce was great.

I'm going to leave 4. I've been eating here for a long time. Always had excellent service and excellent food. Today I took a friend to eat here around 3ish. The gentleman ignored our requests for the combo, I stated I'd pay the upcharge to add chicken to the quesadilla, he brought us only cheese. neither of us ended up eating the quesadilla because it was jam packed with cheese only. I asked for a chicken enchilada with red sauce and ended up getting a beef with mole. Still delicious but not what I ordered. My friend asked for 2 sides of rice with an upcharge if needed, only got one side of rice. My rice and beans were colder than room temp. I kept looking around for the gentleman so we could get a box and our check. We couldn't find him until I looked behind the wall of tables and found him on his phone. I kept trying to get his attention and finally after the 4th time I finally did. I asked him to wait a moment so I could see how much the check was but he took it quick and ran my card multiple times even when I told him to wait because I wanted to ensure I wasn't charged the upcharges for what we asked for and didn't receive. It was the worst experience I've had here and I love this place. Maybe he needs more Training or didn't like the fact we were there. I'm not sure but it was uncomfortable and the most negative experience I've had here which was a shame. I love this place and was so looking forward to it.

Salsa Verde Mexican Restaurant is nestled in a cozy setting, this vibrant eatery offers an array of delicious Mexican dishes. As we entered the restaurant for dinner, we noticed that it was surprisingly quiet with no other diners around. Jalapeno Margaritas had refreshing tang of lime, combined with the subtle heat from the jalapenos, created a perfect balance of flavors. Veggie Fajita was a delightful medley of grilled vegetables served on a sizzling platter. The colorful array of bell peppers, onions, and other veggies were bursting with freshness, and the tantalizing aroma made our mouths water. Wrapped in warm tortillas and accompanied by a variety of toppings, the fajitas proved to be a wholesome and satisfying choice for anyone. Chicken Chimichanga was golden-fried goodness was generously stuffed with seasoned chicken, cheese, and other delectable fillings. Throughout our dining experience, Salvador, our server, provided excellent service. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our visit even more enjoyable. We would undoubtedly visit again to savor the authentic flavors of Mexico and relish the warm hospitality.

Our family came in on a Sunday during dinnertime. Our waitress was friendly and bilingual which was greatly appreciated. The food came out super quick and was delicious! We loved the chips and salsa as well. They gave us plenty of chips and little bowls for each of us to have our own serving. We will be back, five stars!:)

We stopped in because the location was convenient and we were pleasantly surprised by the mood and food! The music was awesome and not loud, the restaurant was clean and the food was good. When you walk into a Mexican restaurant and see someone squeezing fresh lime juice for margs, you know it’s going to be good! I have been here twice now and it has been perfection both times. The tacos were all filled to the breaking point and delicious. The house margarita was delicious, my husband got the special verde margarita and said it was his new favorite margarita.
