I like steak 'n shake but I wish they would ask you if you wanted ketchup every time I go through I get a handful of it, like 6 to 8 packs, and it always just gets thrown away, I don't like it so kind of a big waste

Probably not any better or worse than any other steak and shake but the service is outstanding here. From 2 PM to 4 PM they're happy hour half price milkshakes can't be beat.

This steak and shake has really improved from when we used to eat there. We decided to give it a try since eating at the one in Greenfield. Greenfield is not what it used to be. This one on E Washington St has really improved. We have eaten there at least 4 or 5 times in the last couple of months. It has been fabulous! Keep up the great customer service!

Best steak n shake ever. Open drive thru early in the morning. Quick and speedy service. Great service. And the food was phenomenal. I love the chili five way and this place made it with love. The sauce cheese and onion had great proportions. Well done and the woman working the drive thru deserves higher pay it was such a pleasure meeting her.

I visited this place late night, service a bit slow, but staff was friendly and the food was good, got me a nice bbq steak burger, a chilli 5 way and a nice banana shake and for a place to be open 24 hours, you can't beat when looking for a place to eat late and order by the drive thru.

Always fast service . Great food. Friendly management. Thank you for always letting me drive thru in my tow truck. Been around for years, and overall awesome place. Been out Towing late before and seen some weird things after midnight. My goto everytime after hours. Thanks for being a1.
