I think this franchise is owned by people who care very much about both family and customer service. They're nice people and they were so happy to fulfill my convaluted order. They even gave my 3yo a treat.
I cant speak for Subway as a whole, but this one on Kessler and Michigan, its the best I've seen. Very clean facility and the veggies are obviously fresh. Businesses like these do not receive enough praise

We've gotten sandwiches here for years and they're consistent across the board: sandwiches are made correctly, the ingredients are fresh, the place is clean, they aren't particularly friendly, and they don't participate in Subway promotions. When it comes to fast food, I just want what I asked and paid for. In the dozens of times I've been here, I've never had a complaint.

Been going here for the last few years. The owner knows my face, my order, and remembers things about me. I go out of my way to go to this subway because he is the man. Both him and his wife work very hard and are there almost every time I come in. They are friendly and take care of you. My small conversations with them brighten my day, and I think they are the best. The other staff is hit or miss, which is to be expected.
Edit: two years later, and I miss this location. They put other subway shops to shame! Next time I come back to the Indy area I'll be stopping by.

This is one of the best subways I've been to. I went during lunch time and there was quite a lineup but despite the lineup the Indian gentleman and lady took their time and effort to make the sub for me. This was during covid and the place is very clean. They have glass protectors as well to prevent the spread of covid. The sub itself was quite fresh as well. The Indian gentleman had just made it fresh. Definitely going to recommend this subway to anyone and everyone. Going to be regular!! :-)
