Great experience. Food came out fast and fresh. Absolutely delicious. Don't expect fancy cause it's steak and shake but they did fast food right!

Steak and Shake do not have the Crispy chicken combo nor the chipotle sauce. Thier menu not only changed but they took away a lot of items. Not to mention they were out of hot dogs today

Had a really nice experience while grabbing a post game meal for my son. It was late, around 10 or so and the drive thru line was all that was open... the line was super long, and we were anxious to be on our way but we waited anyway since there weren't many options available in the area. When we got to order, the gentleman on the intercom explained that it might be a longer than usual wait but he would be back with us as soon as he could and would make sure to take care of us. And he did... he was extremely kind, calm and professional. Turns out they were very short staffed but he (Bobby) and his little crew handled it well. He kept a smile on his face and was just so pleasant. Great job Bobby!!

Best steak n shake I've been too! Fries were freshly dropped, hamburger was so fresh the vegetables still had a chill to them and were crisp while the meat was hot. Delicious!! I highly recommend

Very yummy! Fabulous experience. My order was filled quickly & with a smile. I love the burgers, especially the size! Western bbq bacon is my favorite, & I sure wasn't disappointed this visit!

Polite and nice workers but the drive through always takes much longer than I'd like. However, their food is pretty good and shakes are awesome so we put up with the antiquated drive through without a screen to verify your order and the long wait times.

This particular Steak n Shake location has always been consistently good. The customer service has always been top notch, the food has always been good, I’ve rarely if ever had an issue here. You guys do a great job, keep up the hard work!

The french fries and milkshakes are always good, but that's the only things that I get. Possibly a Cherry Coke to drink if I don't get a milkshake. My family enjoys everything else ranging from the chicken fingers to their Steak Burgers. I would say that the milkshakes are their favorite. The service that I've had at this location is excellent.

Staff was attentive and our order was accurate. It did take a little longer than expected to get our milkshakes (to go, and after we finished our meal) but our waitress apologized and let us know they were working on them, and I had already noticed that there were several other milkshake orders in at the same time. All in all, you usually know what you're going to get at Steak n Shake, food-wise at least, which was up the standard, but I was super happy and impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They even laughed at my jokes. (Like old paper, my jokes are terrible.)
