Food was amazing, however, I would recommend a better design for the order line as we stood behind a couple trying to order for an extended period of time before placing our order, then our items were held up as the couple changed orders & asked questions after placing their order. Will definitely be back!
This establishment left an amazing first impression! The staff was very kind and helpful and the dining space was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be back!
I stopped in for the first time tonight. So glad I did! First, the staff was really friendly and helped me with the ordering process as a first time guest. The power bowl I got was delicious and filling. I was really satisfied with my meal. I will return and recommend this place!
One of the few places where I got confused with what to expect when I got in. I got the street food concept which is mostly premade items that are assembled per request. But what confused me were salads essentially power bowls and farmers salad market.
The food was undoubtedly delicious- my power bowl was an exotic combination of Harissa yogurt and grain blend, hummus, roasted broccoli & sweet potatoes, sweet corn, tomato, cucumber salad, and pickled red onions.
There were a couple options with pasta and additional $s for protein. The overall ambience and meal was good - definitely not grand scale and luxurious and leaning towards a casual vibe.
Excellent healthy options . My protein bowl was good so far. Add any sauce this time I tryed cilantro. So good!
Good food l. Build your own. Lots choices, wrap, bowls.
First I wish Google allowed 1/2 stars so I could rate Piada at 4.5 stars. Billed as"Italian Street Food" it's very good, although I have no idea how authentic it is. I'm not too concerned about authenticity since this is a chain restaurant. Personally I think the menu is straight forward which makes it easy to order. While I tend to be less impressed with chains in general, one advantage is consistency. I've only eaten at a handful of Piada's in the last couple years, they have always been great and exactly as advertised.
I ordered a BLT piada and added grilled chicken and black olives, but basically you can create your own and customize it any way you like. I also sampled my wife's pasta Carbonara with Italian sausage. Very tasty, and while I wouldn't compare this to a 4-5 star full-service Italian restaurant, this is fantastic for fast food. I really like places that allow you to customize, another reason for high marks here. Why not a perfect 5? I am a big fan of iced tea and although they have peach and lemon tea, their drinks are from a self-serve fountain and just average in my opinion. However, they also have a couple "Italian Sodas" and a gallon of blackberry hibiscus lemonade which brings some variety and depth to otherwise standard Pepsi offering. Since this is a regional place (mostly in the Midwest) many of you will only have the opportunity to visit one when traveling... I say it's worth going out of your way to find one.
Piada Italian is an open kitchen restaurant and located right across the faishon mall in Carmel. They have ample of parking in front of Restaurant and offeres indoor and outdoor seating options. The menu is simple and staff is helpful. Most of the food bowl are available in small and regular sizes and while ordering the powerbowl for dinner I thought It might not be sufficient and after finishing the bowl I was completely full. The ingredients are fresh and I took the powerbowl with grilled salmon and it was cooked perfectly. They have Pepsi products on fountain and also on the other side have 2 italian soda fountain with orange flavour and berry flour, the same fountain spot also has 2 types of flavored tea. I enjoyed my meal here and definitely recommend this place for a quick grab or dine in. You will not regret the food here.
Always a favorite stop. Love the carbonara with penne add grilled chicken. Tried the blackberry lemonade (delicious, but, my favorite is the summer special honeydew). The canolli chips are always a must to finish the meal.
Very good food and different experience. I have tried both their pastas and wraps. Both of them are amazing. For additional spicy kick, I order their cilli oil on side and the oil is amazing and tasty!
We ended up eating here because cheesecake factory was a 2 hour wait. We had 6 hungry kids and 3 hungry and tired adults. I got the Carbanara. It was so good. Very filling!
This was my first time trying this place, the wrap was made to order, fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. I would go again.
