I stopped in for the first time tonight. So glad I did! First, the staff was really friendly and helped me with the ordering process as a first time guest. The power bowl I got was delicious and filling. I was really satisfied with my meal. I will return and recommend this place!
One of the few places where I got confused with what to expect when I got in. I got the street food concept which is mostly premade items that are assembled per request. But what confused me were salads essentially power bowls and farmers salad market.

Piada Italian is an open kitchen restaurant and located right across the faishon mall in Carmel. They have ample of parking in front of Restaurant and offeres indoor and outdoor seating options. The menu is simple and staff is helpful. Most of the food bowl are available in small and regular sizes
Always a favorite stop. Love the carbonara with penne add grilled chicken. Tried the blackberry lemonade (delicious, but, my favorite is the summer special honeydew). The canolli chips are always a must to finish the meal.
Very good food and different experience. I have tried both their pastas and wraps. Both of them are amazing. For additional spicy kick, I order their cilli oil on side and the oil is amazing and tasty!
We ended up eating here because cheesecake factory was a 2 hour wait. We had 6 hungry kids and 3 hungry and tired adults. I got the Carbanara. It was so good. Very filling!
This was my first time trying this place, the wrap was made to order, fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. I would go again.
The salads were delightfully abundant! The basil pesto spaghetti was great until I ate a hot red pepper 🌶!!! Need to signify "spicy"! Why not sweet peppers instead? I couldn't eat it. I know others would like it, but not Everyone likes hot and spicy!
I order lunch from this location all the time. They're always quick, accurate, and very friendly! The food is always fresh tasting and made as specified in the app.

Food is really good. As others have mentioned, this is an italian chipotle. Mediterranean piada with spicy chicken is so good and so spicy! Love it! I may have found a new favorite restaurant.

Great Italian Street food! The food is delicious and the meatballs are huge. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere, enjoy dining inside or outside at the patio.
Excellent customer service , fantastic food and great environment. Family of 6 ( 4 children ) and had 0 issues. Family loved the food. Place was comparable to other establishments (given the fact I feed a bigger family) cost wise.
