The best place in the area to have amazing and delightful platters of Vietnamese food items . All is freshly made and served at reasonable prices and optimal hygienic conditions with the help of a really nice and friendly staff as well.

This is my comfort food.  I've been coming here weekly for the past ~4 years and have never once been disappointed.

The pho is amazing.  The staple lunch menu of quick Chinese dishes is great.  Most importantly, everyone that works there is kind, courteous, and attentive.  I can't recommend King Wok enough.

Best PHO in town. I've tried a few places, but you can't beat the best. While the place is a tad small, I've never had to wait to be seated even when it is busy. I compare all Vietnamese places I go to, to them! If PHO isn't your thing take a gamble, you'll love whatever you get! Great service and they know you by name!

Small place, Delicious Food. The restaurant is pretty small. So on a cold windy night and someone opens to doors to come in, the entire place can feel it.
The staff is very patient, timely and courteous. Have a question about the menu? They do not get cranky and will answer all your questions!
I was recommended the Pho Dat Biet, for it being the popular choice. I was in no way disappointed! It came out HOT and fresh, with a HUGE amount of noodles.
I went on a risk and tried their "Special Vietnamese Drip Coffee with Condensed Milk". It was fantastic! The milk is sweet and when stirred the whole drink is delicious.

Best South East Asian food in town. And also very affordable. Restaurant decor is up to date and seating is comfy.

Spicy pho is one of top items on any menu in town. A mix of spicy beef broth, pork rib, chicken sausage and flank steak? w rice noodles and cilantro. As good as soup gets. Have taken a dozen different people here and not once did the guest not agree its one of best soups they've ever tasted.

Will try the phở next time!. We went for an early dinner a little after 4 PM on Sunday. There were a few Asian families in there, which I took as a good sign. The place is small and cute with a little bit of an Eighties vibe in the wall decor. Service was attentive until we ordered and then unobtrusive. When we were through eating we paid at the counter but I'm not sure if that's always the case...?

We were really hungry when we went in so we ordered two appetizers + two entrées, which is unusual for us. All of it was good.
— Tofu steak (#6, deep fried tofu sautéed in special King Wok's sauce, $3.99) was our favorite appetizer. It was two 1⁄2" slices of tofu with a golden, crispy shell served on, and coated in, a thick brown sauce. I think the sauce may have been a soy reduction with the teeniest bit of hot pepper + a few sesame seeds for garnish.
— Goi Cuốn (#10, Vietnamese summer rolls with shrimp and pork, $2.99) were what you'd expect for a summer roll. They were a good size and tasted fresh. I always think I like summer rolls more than I actually do, and The Huz didn't dig the mint inside, but it's not the restaurant's fault we chose poorly for our own tastes.
— Cỏm Đặc Biệt (#88, grilled marinated pork chop, chopped stir-fried shrimp, and egg pie, $7.25) was The Huz's main course. I didn't notice any (recognizable) chopped shrimp on the plate but it did come with a mound of steamed rice with something orange on top, a small salad dressed in a vinegar sauce, some fresh cucumber slices, a sauce for dipping, and a side of soup broth. He loved it. I tasted the pork chop, the egg pie, and the soup and all were very flavorful.
— Tôm Thịt Kho Tàu (#128, shrimp and bacon slowly cooked in spicy, caramelize[d] sauce, $12.99) was what I chose. I asked the waitress how spicy it was and she said a "regular" level that could be made more or less spicy as I desired. I forgot about this when I ordered so when it came to the table she said she had it prepared "medium" level, which was about as spicy as I care to eat. (I am a wimp, though.) It had a good flavor but the aroma was not appetizing to me. There weren't too many shrimp for a main course, fewer than the amount of bacon, which was actually thinly sliced pork that was kind of fatty. It was tasty and I ate it but I don't think I would get it again.

We will definitely return for another meal. I would like to try the phở since it is supposed to be delicious.

I noticed the neon sign in the front window and the name on the receipt both say CO DO instead of King Wok. That's not relevant to anything other than my own curiosity.

Honesty, I love this place. They have great food. I love their spring rolls the best. The last time I came here, the noodle soup was a sweet for some reason. There weren’t as much noodles as there was before. I had to give this a four star because the service wasn’t as good as it used to be. I never got asked if my food was okay or if I needed anything unlike the other customers there. Overall, they have amazing food.

DELICIOUS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!! So clean and nice inside. You walk in and are greeted right away. I really enjoyed eating here. It was so hot outside that day, and it was great walking into a place that was so clean, and the attention to detail is great. Delicious pan-fried dumplings!! Tried the number 113, and my friend had the 106. Hoping to return soon.

I have heard about this place for some time, so I finally gave it a shot. I must say, I was very pleased. It gives family-owned, comforting vibes. The man who served us (I think he was the owner) was quite friendly and kind. Our food came out quickly. I got the first Pho under that section --I completely forgot what it was called but it has the various types of beef in it. Absolutely delicious. The portion was huge. Would love to come back soon.

My Vietnamese acquaintance recommended me this place. I enjoyed great Vietnamese cuisine at reasonable price - especially the spring roll was awesome! I give four stars because the rice noodles were a bit too stiff for me.

Here for a short term but I love com bi Suon cha here (rice plate with grill pork) ... It tasted as good as the one in Houston (where I live). I came back several times and all the dish I got here was very good. Today i order "Lau do Bien" (seafood soup) and it was a huge portion. The taste was very much like homemade. I also like the desert here (che). You should definitely try it Tofu Steak in the appetizer menu is just so so. Nothing special and it's soft, not crunchy/fried as I thought it would be. Softshell crab is sadly not good. Don't order it. Too much batter tiny crab and has no flavor whatsoever. I still give them 5star only because the rice plate was very good. P/s: the price has changed since the last menu picture posted on here, which totally makes sense considering everything has gone up. I added the new menu for your reference

Today was my first time ordering from King Wok. I got the chicken lo mein lunch special which was delicious. They use fresh ingredients and the chicken is real, not that processed garbage you get at every Asian take out place now a days. The hot and sour soup is the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

King Wok has always been at the top of the Vietnamese game in Indianapolis. The Pho is brilliant, but they have so much more. They have restyled the menu, and offer Vietnamese and home made chinese. They can be a little inattentive as far as service goes, but I still love this place.

I would say this is one of the good pho’s (5/5) we tried in the area. Definitely perfect for the cold days. The fried rice (5/5) was also really good compared to other places. We also started off with some agedashi tofu, although it was okay (3/5).
