Really good Indian food. Went for a weekend lunch buffet. The samosa was crisp and the samosa chaat was well made. The paneer tikka gravy was delicious and so was the fried okra. The biryani had all the right flavors, but was missing the raita. The dosa and the chutney could be better. Plenty of options for vegetarians, including in desserts. The mango custard was tasty. The service is pretty good and the restaurant is not busy at all during lunch hour. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch buffets.

The food was good but slightly overpriced. I paid $17 plus for 1 to-go buffet. Probably the most I have ever paid for Indian buffet. I did like that they have some unique items that most other buffets don’t have but I missed some veg options that I usually eat (saag paneer, navratan korma, and some appetizer fritters).

A high school friend whose family is Sikh invited me to his home for a celebration supper. I was nervous about embarrassing him if I did not like the food. From the first bite I ate to the last, I was in paradise. Thirty-five years and dozens of Indian restaurants later, I have never found dishes that quite measured up to that first home-cooked meal. Until now. Apna Kitchen's food is fresh and expertly seasoned--not for the faint of heart (there are other blander buffets for you), but perfect for the person who relishes complex flavor and excellent quality. The servers are friendly, gracious, attentive hosts, and the atmosphere is soothing. I give Apna my highest recommendation.

Apna kitchen is the best Indian food in the city. It's great if you need gluten free like I do. Dosa are a religious experience, crisp lentil outside, savory spiced interior make it a dish I look forward to whenever I make this my dinner plan.

Great food, easily handles large numbers. Pleasant atmosphere. Above average buffet when available. Attached to grocery store so it is easy to miss. High competition with similar restaurant next door. This is the better of the two by far.

Their cook or cooks must be amazing their food is just like mom's home cooking. And we went once on Father's day and they had a special selection on the buffet. Price is good for what you get. And I hear nothing but good things about the taste when I go there from other customers

Wow. Spice nation was good but this place is incredible. Very clean restrooms. Staff is incredible. And the food just amazing. Make sure you try the tandoori chicken wings. I included the photo below. Our son also love the food here and he is only 22 months old. I would bring my wife kid and friends here anytime. Also a great place to bring co-workers for lunch during the week but remember it's closed on Mondays!!!!

Lunch buffet has the most variety of foods I have seen for an Indian buffet around here. Most of them tasted great. The vegetarian items were not warm though. However the chicken and lamb were proper temperature. 6 kinds of dessert items too and gulab jamuns were done perfect

Today was my first time visiting APNA. I was running errands nearby and stopped in for lunch takeout. You have to enter through the bazaar to access the restaurant... BUT... The buffet had plenty of selections and everything was VERY tasty. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and very helpful. Great price point, great food, very clean... I highly recommend and will revisit again. Bonus points for the carrot cake!

This is the second time I've been here. It's located inside a sort of small mall. The hallway you go down is rough looking, but the restaurant is really nice. The service was really good. If you like spicy, they will light you up! If not, they will make it completely mild. They have dishes from different parts of India. Looking forward to trying more. We shared some Tandoori style Paneer, and it was amazing. Really like thia place. I've been to a lot of Indian restaurants, and some are very bad. This, however, is really good.
