It was our first visit. Quick seating in the bar area. Our server was fabulous. The portion size was excellant and the prices very reasonable. Will definitely be going back.
Today 10/2 2015 at about 2:30 I was greeted by the most awesome waitress I've ever experienced in my 65 1/2 years in eating . At least the years I've been eating out at restaurants . Her name was Monica , She made me feel like a friend not a customer . Her service was superb ! Friendly above and beyond her job . Monica was just every dinners dream as a waitress and I've encountered some real winners that had no business in the business . I will be back and rest assured I'll ask for Monica when I do return . I ordered chips and salsa , the rib-eye w/ mac and cheese and sweet baby carrots , a Texas margarita , and an ice tea . everything was great and I enjoyed my meal like never before and with the excellent service I felt relaxed and this made my meal taste even better . Thank you Chedder and Monica !

Reasonable food at reasonable prices. Cheddar's is nothing new to me. My hometown has had one for over two decades, but I never saw one anywhere else in the US except for El Paso, TX. Then they just started to pop up everywhere. Their menu borders on the cheap side of things, yet their portions are huge. This is as close to eating at a buffet that you're going to get. Most of their cost savings are on the side dishes like their green beans (the flattened kinds like the military uses in their dining facilities) and their rice is cheap white rice smothered with various sauces. Their broccoli casserole is more velveeta cheese than broccoli. But their chicken is what they're known for and if you want a 2,000 calorie meal, I suggest you go for the gusto and get their giant, Monsanto-engineered chicken tenders. Yummy. But their Dijon Chicken is also just as good and that's what I got and was pleased with.
Overall, Cheddar's focus's on offering an upscale dining environment with bargain basement food. This should keep this operation spilling over with customers for years to come.
Surprised, in a good way.... I didn't expect much for casual dining. What we got was some REALLY good food and service.
I had the fish tacos, and they were excellent.
The spinach dip was amazing. Not something you imagine would stand out, but it left an impression.
Friendly staff. Great atmosphere.
Long wait, but they beat their time estimate and that's always nice on a Friday night.
Love this place! Great food for decent prices. I never leave hungry either, always with a box even. I've always have had good service as well.
No words. Bartender Nicole was horrible. Very rude to guest cussed a lot and rude to employees. I heard a lot of good things about this place and I love the food but I'm not okay with being talked to like I am an idiot and definitely not okay with hearing people cuss at their employees.
I was so excited for the new cheddars to open. I went in for the 4th time last week and absolutely loved it. Although there were some complications the first time I went in they have really improved. I now go in weekly and sit in the same servers section each time.
Well this was my first time ever trying this restaurant , and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. First, my server Travis, was awesome! Super kind and very attentive. I certainly did not expect this higher level of service at this restaurant.
I came for lunch and had the bacon cheeseburger and did mashed potatoes instead of fries. Very pleased with the prep on the cheeseburger it was actually pretty large, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were also good, small portion, but very tasty.
I think the next time I come I will see how they do with a steak. But most of all I hope my next server there is as good as Travis.
Met my coworkers at this location for my office holiday lunch. Lovely holiday decor. Our party of 5 was seated quickly, and the waitress was pleasant. The warm croissants drizzled in honey butter were so yummy. The Raspberry lemonaide was sooo good I sucked down 2 glasses before my food came.We all enjoyed our entrees and didn't have room for any of the yummy looking desserts.
We love Cheddar's and this location was just like the rest, very clean wonderful service and the food was truly amazing. 👌 This location was absolutely wonderful I give it a full 5 star review.
I really love Cheddar's! The place is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I definitely love the aquarium. I was in a group of about 20 of us, some were in wheelchairs, and we ate lunch there. The waitress, Melanie, was super cool, very nice, and was on top of everything! 👏It took no time at all to get our drinks and food. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was so big I couldn't eat it all. Everyone in my group was extremely satisfied with their lunch. I will definitely be back.
It was so amazing from the moment we walked in til we walked out. The food was impeccable. The service was top notch and she was very attentive. It was a 10/10! Thanks for dinner... we will be returning.
We stumbled across this restaurant today. We were looking for a place for dinner and we were in the Greenwood, IN area. Glad we found this establishment. It was a nice modern very clean restaurant that seems to stay busy.
When you arrive they give you a Honey Butter Croissant on the house. These were hot and tasty and were very buttery. We ordered a Sirloin Steak and it comes with 2 sides as part of the meal. Plenty of side dishes to select from. My wife had the 6oz cut and I had the 8oz. Both steaks were very well prepared - good flavor soft cut of meat cooked exactly the way we ordered it (Med Rare). My wife and I ordered a loaded baked (Butter, Sour Cream & Shredded Cheese) as one of our sides. I upgraded for an additional $1 to a House Salad for my second side (good size side salad) and my wife had the country green beans. Definitely enough food for the both of us and it did not break the bank. Very reasonable priced meal. We had a great server also. This restaurant has plenty of selections to choose from for your meal. I would suggest visiting this Scratch Restaurant if in Greenwood, IN.
First time dinner loved the vibes beautiful lay out and food was awesome ribs fall of the bone steak very tasty and juicy oh but that croissant with honey butter is addictive .Enjoyed a great dinner.we will be back very soon
We had a nice meal here while we were in town. The croissants are AMAZING. You could gain a lot of weight just eating them! Our server was wonderful, he checked on us a lot. The atmosphere was a bit crazy, it's definitely a "family" restaurant. As in, large families are there and they will let their kids run around and scream without trying to have a handle on them.
Our steak was decent for the price, all of the sides were great! Definitely recommended this place.
We decided to place a to go order for Cheddar's and we drive about 20 minutes away just to pick it up and take it home to eat at our comfort. You can never go wrong with the family bundle deals. We always get there and they come right out, never had we ever had to wait. We are a family of four and we still had plenty of left overs. I'm so glad they still offer their family bundles and curbside because it is the best and so is their food and service. If we lived closer we would definitely be eating here all the time. If you want good comfort food and great service this is the place to go! The last time we dined in a few months ago we had the best waiter ever!
Great service, good value and tasty food. I enjoyed my Chicken Pot Pie with a side of Cole slaw. My husband had a burger and fries. The Chicken Pot Pie was extra flakey and piping hot, but my husband's fries were cold and the burger wasn't hot. The place was not super crowded on an early Friday evening.
