3.5 - 4 stars overall. Our group agreed that the food was the best part and definitely was very delicious! Additionally, I had a Coconut Mojito and it was superb! The service could have been better. I understand it was a Saturday night and they were very busy. But my friend and I both ran out of water 2 times and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a refill. Our waiter probably had too many tables but regardless, he wasn't the most pleasant either. I would like to visit again, mmosf likely at a less busy time.
First time going to the cheese cake Factory, and it was a special occasion as well. My little sister graduated from high school. First and foremost the Restaurant was clean and organized, which is ALWAYS a plus. The restroom was clean as well. Another plus, especially for a high attraction level it brings. The environment/Atmosphere was very affectionate as well. However the showrunner here was the food. Shrimp scampi & steak was my favorite. Highly recommended this local.👌
Atmosphere was the best wow service was top notch!!! So much food to choose from took me 2 days to decide and when it came time to place my order I changed it last minute. Lol And the CHEESECAKE selection WOW!!!!! 1 of everything please!!
While at a conference, we stopped by for happy hour for food - 4-6pm M-F. It was a nice break from the original prices. We ordered a lot of good items off of the menu. We ordered the beet and avocado salad, dynamite shrimp, chicken taquitos, tex mex egg rolls, chicken potstickers, avocado egg rolls, Long Island, and a sun king beef. The food and drinks were really good.
The odd thing was we had one server right off the bat and then she disappeared to another part of the restaurant to work. Then someone else came or serve us. It just seemed weird as the server we had in the beginning was still at the restaurant working - we could see her, but we don’t know why she was no longer serving us. Maybe just her coming over and making a quick statement would have worked. It was not even that busy, so it was just a little odd. Might not be a big deal to you. All that said, we didn’t get fresh bread until after we finished our meals. It was just a hodgepodge of service and it wasn’t great.
Never a let down with the Cheesecake Factory. This time didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere provided great conditions for a business dinner. The Herb Crusted Salmon was the perfect way for me to end the day. My business partner had the Chicken Marsala. I finished all of my dish. His meal was large enough to have take away. We both had the Pot Stickers for an appetizer. The toughest part of the time there was choosing from the massive menu options and deciding to pass on the cheesecake for dessert. Our waitress was attentive and polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend going for any meal there. You will be satisfied.
Very large menu, Awesome cheesecake, BBQ Chicken salad good but not as good as it was. Asked for fried chicken and was served a 3 oz breaded flat breast likely cut from a 6 oz butterfly breast. Next time I will ask for chicken tenders and if a scant portion served won't order it again. Wings are also small but my son loved the Alfredo pasta..
Good was good and came out fast! Very happy with our meal and service thanks to the great team there!
Fine fancy dining and great ambience! Usually crowded on weekends and should wait for 30 minutes most days to be seated! Nice Service! Just like any Cheesecake Factory, prices are over the top but servings are big. I also love the bread they served first, it is freshly made and loved the smell. I had my first ever cheese cake here, and of course they were the best.
Loved EVERYTHING about my experience!!! The food, service, atmosphere was completely on point. Location was perfect in the Fashion Mall.
For sure the kind of place you want to make a reservation for! We made a reservation several hours in advanced and they got us seated very quickly after our scheduled time! Making a reservation on their website Our server was EXCELLENT and got everything to us very promptly! The food was exquisite and my Georgia Peach Cocktail was incredible! Will Return!
