Yet another restaurant falling short do to the pure laziness of employees that are just there for a paycheck. The fact that the employee dump half of the blizzard on the ground, and his hand, and then flipped back over, still gave it to my wife, and sent her on her way is appalling. We need to do better than this. It's just unacceptable. Melted ice cream and poor customer service. Tried to include a picture, but two blizzards, completely melted, and one overflowing the cup causing quite the mess in our car.

My husband went in side to get our order, when he came out it was oh my at the sight of my strawberry sundae I had ask for a small but it over filled the dish and it was covered with cool-whip and a cherry. It was very tasty and very cold and they remembered the napkins. My husband had a peanut buster parfae but he had peanuts replaced with pecans and chocolate ice cream and hot fudge and my husband loved every single bite. yes we needed the extra napkins. it was a great ending to a great day out.

If I could give a worse review I would. I have tried and tried to keep eating at dairy queen, but I won't be going back again. From poor manners with the staff, to hard as rock hamburgers, to not completely frozen ice cream. Indy's DQ used to be fantastic, but the past year or so it has went in the toilet. I will be calling the owner tomorrow to tell them directly.

I don't complain a lot when treated wrong, especially at restaurants or fast food causes I have worked it, but when I order a six piece plus an extra six pieces and you only give one container of gravy when I the customer ask for gravy as the dipping sauce!!! Come on now use a little common sense would like gravy for all my chicken strips....

I’ve visited this local Dairy Queen many times. The professionalism and quality is spotty at times. Though you can always get something edible at the very least.

Food was excellent. The guy at the cash register was slow and seemed confused at entering the orders. There was 6 of us and it was quite an effort and time consuming to get our food ordered

Good food, but be sure to speak your order clearly, staff does not always listen.
