Every time I get a double HAMBURGER from this location, I always end up getting cheese on it. I can’t eat cheese because it makes me sick. I don’t know the reasoning behind it but I’m never coming to this one again.

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru order speaker and no one took my order as well as several other people. Drove to the window and was told that the system was down and couldn't take any orders. Drove to the window and told them what I ordered, all together it took about 30 minutes to get my order through mobile pay for what I ordered on the app.

Sign says dining room closes at 8, went about 6:30, door was unlocked. Went up to counter to order and person said dining room was closed, there were other people eating in dining room. Followed us out and locked door behind us.
Not necessarily based on this instance but seem to be racist against white people.

They like to lock the doors during normal business hours, which is really inconvenient for people who don't come by car. Especially since they don't allow you to go through the drive thru without a vehicle. Imagine how angry a person gets after walking 45 minutes to McDonald's at 1pm and walking up to the window after discovering the doors were locked to the lobby, just to be told "you can't come through the drive thru unless you're in a vehicle."

Awful rude McDonald’s I went to this McDonald’s last Sunday waited about almost 30 mins to be told they are in the middle of a shift change after I was 1st told to hold because they were stocking sauces really!!! I asked for the managers name and they refused to give it to me. The disrespect gas to high!!! To be playing games.

Sara made me go to another McDonald's to try to use a offer on the app. Very inconvenient and not friendly at all. For a 2$ deal. Didn't approach with a HI I had to ask her name.

It is what it is, a McDonald’s. Therefore being rated as and against other comparative fast food establishments, it did great. Clean, and epic fast and courteous food service even during lunch hour. Had food delivered to table in under 2 minutes. Even the bathrooms were clean. Relatively recent renovation, nice visit.

It's McDonald's.. they usually get my order right but lately they have not. To top it off to get your food replaced they expect you to bring the food in .. Really because Im hungry the kids are hungry and you expect me to drive all the way back with the food . Just replace the order
