Never will go to this tacobell again.. how can they treat you like a slob. All I wanted to do is wash my hands before I ordered and the employee behind the desk wouldn't alow me unless I ordered. Funny thing is my buddy and I looked at each other and walked out. There is no reason to treat a customer this way. Wont ever be there customer again. Made me feel like I was a piece of trash. Not nice at all. I explained i was going to order but i must was my hands first.

Had a catastrophic experience. It took a half hour to get my food. After seventeen minutes I went up to the counter and asked the manager what was going on. They told me had handed our lobby order order the drive thru window and would remake it. They said they were short staffed and had two trainees that evening and were very busy. However, you'll notice from the photos that the lobby was almost empty. The drive thru was steady but not at all busy. I was unable to tell from among the workers who was the trainees. But there two people on the line were moving casually in preparing the orders. There was no urgency in their movements. They didn't talk to each other about what they were making either. When I finally complained about how long it took, the shift manager on duty immediately took out HER OWN debit card and offered to buy us more food as an apology. I said I wasn't interested in more food, that I needed to leave. She said they were remaking our order but that she was not allowed to issue refunds only the GM could do that. I settled on waiting another five minutes and getting our food, as I was with my kids and they needed to eat. This was absolutely the single worst fast food experience I've had in years.
